  Verfahren zur Wiederbrauchbarmachung von vulkanisierten Kautschukabfällen, ausgenommen Hartgummi. 



   Vorliegendem Verfahren nach wird aus durch Abnutzung unbrauchbar gewordenem vulkanisiertem Kautschuk mit Ausnahme von   HartgummiabfäUeJ1,   ein neues Produkt gewonnen, ohne demselben den Schwefel entzogen zu haben. 



   Zu diesem Behufe wird der vulkanisierte Gummi in bekannter Weise oder durch Abkühlung weit unter   00 C   und Stampfen zu Pulver zerkleinert und dieses Pulver (ohne den Schwefel beseitigt zu haben) nun mit einer im Verhältnis zu den zu verarbeitenden   Kautschukabfällen   ganz geringen Menge, nämlich mit etwa 10% oxydierten chinesischen   Holzöles   ohne Erwärmung innigst gemengt. 



   Das nach diesem Verfahren gewonnene Produkt ist ein zähes, sehr homogenes, elastisches Material, welches für sich oder in Mischung mit frischem   Gunuwi zu verschiedenen industriellen   Zwecken, insbesondere aber als Füllmaterial für frischen   Guitpli verwendet   werden kann.

   According to the present process, a new product is obtained from vulcanized rubber that has become unusable due to wear, with the exception of hard rubber wasteJ1, without having removed the sulfur from it.



   For this purpose, the vulcanized rubber is crushed to powder in a known manner or by cooling well below 00 C and tamping and this powder (without having removed the sulfur) is now in a very small amount in relation to the rubber waste to be processed, namely with about 10% oxidized Chinese wood oil intimately mixed without heating.



   The product obtained by this process is a tough, very homogeneous, elastic material which can be used on its own or in a mixture with fresh Gunuwi for various industrial purposes, but especially as a filling material for fresh Guitpli.
