Abstract
Description
AT 393 775 BAT 393 775 B
The invention relates to a toddler lace-up shoe with a shaft, easily bendable one-piece sole, and with heel, rear cap and toe cap, which is equipped with a heel bone support pad and crescent-shaped heel.
In the knowledge that toddler shoes cannot just be adult shoes, numerous lasts and shoe designs have already been developed. The foot of a toddler is comparatively compliant and soft. Conventional toddler shoes therefore have a very soft shaft and a soft sole for convenience. Only in the toe and heel area can stiff caps be provided, which are intended to protect the toes from the front and the heel from behind in accordance with the walking behavior (crawling) against impacts. Conventional toddler shoes have at most an articulated support that engages in the arch of the foot, which was used for support from previous orthopedic points of view.
So that such a cushion is not pushed down under load in front of the sales edge, z. B. have been proposed by DE-PS 974 462 and US-PS 3 500 561, below this cushion to prefer the paragraph on its inner edge at least up to the joint area. According to the second-mentioned proposal, the heel made separately from the sole in this preferred area is designed in the form of a wedge in the thickness of the sole plane and tapers to a point in plan view of the contour of the inner cushion. This improves the elastic transition into the sole and the stiffening due to the support being limited to a moderate area. Grooves in the extension are said to improve the flexibility. However, sticking the heel onto the sole requires a special operation, the end of the extension also having to be manageable in thickness and therefore forming a step. Moreover, the advanced part of the heel is only used for support up to the limit of the cushion, whereas the beyond this contour up to the edge of the sole is not needed and the sole only stiffens unnecessarily.
The task is to be solved here to bring the forefoot into pronation (lowering the inner edge of the foot). In order to achieve this instead of using specially designed insoles as before, the sole on the outside of the shoe is provided far into the area of the shoe joint, so that the joint has only a small length, whereas it resigns on the outside of the shoe.
Far from occurring, an appearance at the outer edge of the shoe and thus a tampering with the shoe shape should be prevented. Instead of the complete filling of the curvature between the heel and sole (joint area) previously provided for this purpose to support the arch of the foot or the arrangement of a support block provided on the inner edge, an elongated, narrow bridge piece is now arranged on the outside in the joint area between the heel and sole .
The design of the children's shoe according to FR-PS 1 099 569 (Bidegain) serves the purpose of keeping the child's foot in the rear area without force, but effectively, and always giving it a correct position. This is to be achieved by the combination of an inner support insert for the arch of the foot in the area of the shoe joint, including the support there supporting the joint, which is slanted across the joint width and a special rear cap construction with stiffening support flaps on the side and non-protruding wall cushions, whereby the stress exerted on the foot is distributed advantageously.
Die FR-PS 1407 049 (Marbot) bezieht sich auf einen an der Sohleninnenkante sichelförmig vorgezogenen Absatzteil, ohne jedoch einen inneren Stützpolster vorzusehen.FR-PS 1407 049 (Marbot) relates to a heel part that is crescent-shaped on the inner edge of the sole, but without providing an inner support pad.
Suggestions for the combination of the features within the meaning of the patent claim are not given to the person skilled in the art in individual publications because of the different tasks and problems. For example, the supports of the arch pads according to FR-PS 1099 569 (Bidegain), US-PS 3 500 561 (Epstein) and DE-PS 974 462 (Bidegain) are obviously based on the assumption that a supporting arch for proper growth is beneficial.
In contrast to this, it emerged from the research of the applicants that supporting the cushioned fat tissue of the longitudinal arch, which is more developed in the toddler's foot, or the underlying short foot muscles, is rather a hindrance to healthy, vigorous growth of the ligament-musculoskeletal system, even with simultaneous H. »Attraction z. B. the FR-PS 1099569 and the FR-PS 1407049 nothing more is specified in the direction of the application according to the application, because - apart from the arch support different from a heel bone support pad - the narrow sickle of the advanced support part does not ensure the safe rolling and support conditions offers.
The aim of the invention is to combine the following progressive effects by combining features which are known per se: the heel bone support pad arranged behind the shoe joint has a supinatorial effect on the heel bone which promotes healthy growth on the child's foot and is secured by the lacing (slight increase and outward rotation), which should be raised from an original valgus angle up to 10 degrees in the years up to puberty. However, this effect is only ensured if care is taken to ensure that the shoe is not pushed downward in the joint area or just behind it, that is to say it is provided with a lower support in this area.
In Fortführung des bereits im Patent 380156 der Anmelderin niedergelegten grundsätzlichen Gedankens hiezu -2-In continuation of the basic idea already laid down in the applicant's patent 380156, -2-
