Diese Walze oder Stange 10 wird von einer mit der Welle 2 in Verbindung stehenden und an einem Arm der Schneidbacke 3 befestigten Exzenter-oder Kurvenscheibe 12 so bewegt, dass in der Stellung, wo die Backe 3 in den Bereich des Abschneidens kommt, die Walze 10 hochgehalten wird (Fig. 3), jedoch unmittelbar nach dem Abschneiden
