Abstract

An apparatus for the production of a fibre nonwoven consists of a suction-exposed and moved catching surface 4 and of a flow duct 7, issuing directly above the catching surface 4, for a conveying-air stream laden with separated fibres. In order to ensure an undisturbed flight of fibres to the catching surface 4, there is provided under the catching surface 4, in the region between the two guide walls 8 of the flow ducts 7 which extend traversely to the direction of movement of the catching surface 4, a suction nozzle 14 which is directed towards the said flow duct and the suction orifice 15 of which lies at a lateral distance from the two guide walls 8 within the issue region of the flow duct 7. <IMAGE>

Die Art der Faservereinzelung spielt dabei keine Rolle. 



    PATENTANSPRÜCHE :    
1. Vorrichtung zum Herstellen eines Faservlieses, bestehend aus einer luftdurchlässigen, besaugten und bewegten Fangfläche sowie aus einem unmittelbar über der Fangfläche mündenden Strömungskanal für einen mit vereinzelten Fasern beladenen Förderluftstrom, wobei der Strömungskanal durch zwei quer zur Bewegungsrichtung der Fangfläche verlaufende Leitwände begrenzt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass unter der Fangfläche (4) im Bereich zwischen den beiden Leitwänden (8) wenigstens eine gegen den Strömungskanal (7) gerichtete Saugdüse (14) vorgesehen ist, deren Saugöffnung (15) mit seitlichem Abstand von den beiden Leitwänden (8) innerhalb des Mündungsbereiches des Strömungskanals (7) liegt.

    PATENT CLAIMS:
1.Device for producing a nonwoven fabric, consisting of an air-permeable, suctioned and moving collecting surface and of a flow channel opening directly above the collecting surface for a conveying air stream loaded with individual fibers, the flow channel being limited by two guide walls running transversely to the direction of movement of the collecting surface, thereby characterized in that at least one suction nozzle (14) directed against the flow channel (7) is provided under the catching surface (4) in the area between the two guide walls (8), the suction opening (15) of which is at a lateral distance from the two guide walls (8) within the mouth area of the flow channel (7).

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fangfläche (4) auf der dem Strömungskanal (7) abgewendeten Seite ausserhalb der Saugdüse (14) zumindest innerhalb des Mündungsbereiches des Strömungskanals (7) mit einem die aufgebrachten Fasern auf der Fangfläche (4) festhaltenden Unterdruck beaufschlagbar ist.  2.
