--17-- eingelassen, ebenso in dessen Erweiterung bzw.

The invention relates to an additional lock for doors with a spring-loaded locking bolt mounted in a lock case and displaceable in the horizontal direction by means of a rotary knob or key, and a bolt arranged opposite the key opening.
The known conventional locks are designed in such a way that they are complicated
Offer system such. B. the security cylinder lock with spring-loaded tumblers u. Like., But are by no means safe against violent breaking open. In addition, these locks are very sensitive to dirt, for example due to dust influences, which are capable of impairing the switching precision of the lock.
Other locks can again be scanned using suitable means for producing a duplicate key, such as the chub lock or even opened with a locking hook.
The object of the invention is to create an unlockable lock with the simplest and most economical means that is neither complicated in its assembly nor in its function.
The invention solves this problem in that the bolt in the axial direction of one
Key slot in the lock case is surrounded by the fact that steel pins are arranged in the key slot in an unchangeable manner and that the key passed through the slot preferably acts directly on the locking bolt.
Another embodiment of the invention is that the steel pins are arranged in the key shaft normal to the longitudinal axis of the bolt and that the steel pins on their free, the
Key facing end are rounded in profile, triangular, trapezoidal and / or flattened.
Furthermore, the invention is also characterized in that the bolt is a steel bolt, that the bolt passes through the lock case and that the bolt is at least partially conical or that the bolt is expanded in a barrel shape before the lock case passage.
In addition, the invention is also given in that the key is a beard key and that ring and longitudinal grooves are arranged on its key tube, that the locking bolt at its end remaining in the lock case has a bore normal to its longitudinal axis and that in the bore one by means of a Spring displaceable ball is arranged and that the ball snaps into the recess of the lock case base plate when the locking bolt is moved, which are arranged corresponding to the closed and the open position of the locking bolt.
According to the invention, it is also possible that the rotary knob can be plugged onto the bolt end outside the lock case and that a pin can be screwed into a bore penetrating the rotary knob in the axial direction and that the pin engages between stops on the locking bolt through a crescent-shaped bore in the lock case.
The invention is explained in more detail in the drawings using an exemplary embodiment.
1 shows a front view of the lock according to the invention and FIG. 2 shows a horizontal section through it. 3 to 3b show the key slot according to the invention in its front and rear view, as well as in a side view. 4 to 9 show individual views of the lock parts, FIGS. 10 to 12 the lock according to the invention as a built-in lock and FIG. 13 the key according to the invention.
The lock case --1-- with the switch button --2-- mounted on the inside of the door, located exactly in the axial direction of the switch button --2--, houses the key slot --11--, which is supported by a steel bolt --8 - is pulled through in its length. The steel bolt --8-- is used to hold the key tube --30--, which not only results in a guide for the key --28--, but also an additional unlocking security has been installed. This makes it difficult to attempt to unlock with a locking hook, as this would have to be made so thin that the required pressure on the lock bolt --19-- can hardly be exerted to move it into an open position.
In addition to this, the lock bolt --19-- is also provided with a blind hole in which a spring-loaded detent ball --9, 9a-is mounted, which is arranged in holes --16, 16-- arranged in the lock base plate --10-- depending on the latch position.
As a further safeguard, glass-hard roller bearing pins are in the key shaft walls

--17-- recessed, as well in its extension or recess in which the key bit --29-- makes its rotation. Through these pins - 17--, each of which can have a wide variety of shapes at its free end, such as rounded, wallpaper-shaped, conical, straight, etc. and through the shape of the steel bolt --8-- stored in the key shaft --11- - which is expanded in the passage area through the lock case --1-- in a conical or barrel shape, but can also be cylindrical, there are a myriad of variants of key systems.
The pins --17-- can be arranged at tenths of a distance and at different degrees of angle around the steel bolt --8--, whereby they are not only arranged normal to the steel bolt --8--, but also extend in the longitudinal direction, which creates different longitudinal grooves on the key tube surface - 35--
EMI2.1
--33, 34-- in the key bit --29-- form .35--, in connection with the key tube bore - 30--, which also contribute to cones or roundings of different lengths or with different pitches is adapted to the barrel shape of the steel bolt --8--, whereby the entire provisions, for example the pins --17-are arranged so that they are completely secure against scanning.
The screws --3, 3a-- of the lock case --1-- penetrate the door leaf --13-- and are screwed into the cover rosette --12a--.
The locking bolt housing - 4--, which is used to hold the lock bolt --19--, is fastened to the inside of the door frame --14-- with screws --5--, with a stop --7 - in the housing --4-- - is arranged for the extended lock bolt --19--.
The key shaft --11-- with the key hole - 12 - can be attached to the base plate - 10-with a countersunk screw through the hole --14--, but also welded or with the base plate --10-- in be made.
The end of the bolt --8-- protruding through the lock housing --1-- carries the switch button, which can be screwed onto a thread of the bolt --8--. The switch button --2-- has two mutually opposite bores - 6, 6a - one of which serves to receive the switch pin --6b--, which is closed by a crescent-shaped recess --18-- the lock housing - -1-- penetrates and engages between two jaws which form a slot --20-- on the lock bolt --19--.
When the knob --2-- is rotated about its axis --8--, the bolt --19-- is moved in the longitudinal direction via the pin --6b--, which makes it possible to open the door --13 - can be locked or opened from the inside without a key --28--.
A further possibility of attaching the rotary knob results from a smooth end of the bolt - 8--, the rotary knob --2-- being pushed onto it and secured with a "worm screw".
The key bit --29-- reaches after overcoming the obstacles, i. H. after "stepping through" the steel pins - 17 - on the steel bolt --8-- with his beard --29-- directly into the lock bolt --19--. For this purpose, this has trapezoidal recesses, the elongated hole arranged in the longitudinal axis sliding over the steel bolt - 8 - when the bolt --19-- is displaced.
The connection between the base plate --10-- and the lock housing --1-- is made by an angle --15a-- which is attached to the base plate --10-- with a countersunk screw --15--.
Furthermore, the attachment of the lock, in this version mainly consisting of the key slot --8-- with the rosettes - 21, 21a - existing in the manner of a cylinder lock (Fig. 10 and 11) can be carried out. To connect to the door lock housing are the

Crescent-shaped recess --23-- and, if necessary, a switch button --2-- with driver pin - 6b.
