    Zündvorrichtung   für   Exploelonskraftmaschinen.   



   Den Gegenstand der Erfindung bildet eine Zündvorrichtung für Explosionskraftmaschinen, bei weicher die zur Zündung des explosiven Gasgemenges dienende Funkenbildung durch Reibung einer pyrophoren Metallegierung erzielt wird. 



   Die Fig.   l,   2 und 3 der Zeichnung zeigen eine Ausführungsform der Erfindung in Vorderansicht, Seitenansicht und Draufsicht. 



   An einem im Verbrennungsraum des Zylinders angeordneten Block 1 ist ein Kreisringsegment 2 befestigt, dessen obere Fläche mit Rillen versehen oder in anderer Weise aufgerauht ist. Ein durch den Mittelpunkt des Ringsegmentes 2 gehender und zu dessen Ebene senkrecht stehender Bolzen 3 geht frei drehbar durch den Block 1 und die Wand des Explosionsraumes. Dieser Bolzen trägt an seinem im Explosionsraum befindlichen Ende einen Arm   4,   an dessen freiem Ende eine Klemme zur Aufnahme einer pyrophoren Metalllegierung 5 vorgesehen ist. Eine ausserhalb des Explosionsraumes befindliche Feder 6 sucht den Bolzen 3 beständig nach abwärts zu ziehen, so dass die Zündmasse 5 gegen die Reibfläche 2 gedrückt wird. 



   Der Bolzen 3 wird von der Steuerwelle der Maschine aus in bekannter Weise durch ein entsprechendes   Gestänge am Ende   des Verdichtungshubes gedreht, wobei die pyrophore Metallegierung 5 über die Reibfläche 2 streicht und die entstehenden Funken das explosive Gemenge entzünden.

   The subject matter of the invention is an ignition device for explosion engines, in which the spark formation serving to ignite the explosive gas mixture is achieved by friction of a pyrophoric metal alloy.



   Figs. 1, 2 and 3 of the drawings show an embodiment of the invention in front view, side view and plan view.



   A circular ring segment 2 is attached to a block 1 arranged in the combustion chamber of the cylinder, the upper surface of which is provided with grooves or roughened in some other way. A bolt 3 passing through the center of the ring segment 2 and perpendicular to its plane passes freely rotatably through the block 1 and the wall of the explosion chamber. At its end located in the explosion chamber, this bolt has an arm 4, at the free end of which a clamp for receiving a pyrophoric metal alloy 5 is provided. A spring 6 located outside the explosion space seeks to pull the bolt 3 downwards continuously so that the ignition compound 5 is pressed against the friction surface 2.



   The bolt 3 is rotated by the control shaft of the machine in a known manner by a corresponding linkage at the end of the compression stroke, the pyrophoric metal alloy 5 brushing over the friction surface 2 and the resulting sparks ignite the explosive mixture.
