Die Erfindung betrifft ein in ein Liegemöbel umwandelbares Sitzmöbel mit zumindest einem
Scharnierbeschlag, mit welchem ein Zusatzpolster an einem Sitzwagen angelenkt und aus dem
Inneren des Sitzwagens in eine Stellung ausschwenkbar ist, in der der Zusatzpolster mit dem auf dem Sitzwagen zum Herausschwenken des Zusatzpolsters nach oben anhebbar bzw. schwenkbar ge- lagerten Sitzpolster eine Liegefläche bildet, die gegebenenfalls nach dem Ausfahren des Sitzwa- gens aus dem Gehäuse des Sitzmöbels durch eine umklappbare Rückenlehne in ihrer Länge ergänz- bar ist, welcher Scharnierbeschlag einen am Sitzwagen befestigten Tragteil und einen am Zusatz- polster befestigten, am Tragteil verschwenkbar gelagerten Schwenkteil aufweist.
Bei derartigen Liegemöbeln soll der Zusatzpolster platzsparend untergebracht werden, eine ebene Liegefläche erstellt werden, die im wesentlichen der Sitzhöhe des Sitzmöbels entspricht und eine einfache und sichere Bedienung des Sitzmöbels gewährleistet werden.
Diese Ziele werden bei einem Sitzmöbel der eingangs genannten Art erfindungsgemäss dadurch erreicht, dass der Schwenkteil im Querschnitt annähernd die Form eines U oder V mit vorzugsweise ungleich langen Schenkeln aufweist, wobei vorzugsweise das Schenkelende des kürzeren Schenkels am an der Vorderwand des Sitzwagens, z. B. durch Schrauben befestigten Tragteil schwenkbar gela- gert und das an dem länger ausgebildeten Schenkel befindliche Schenkelende am Zusatzpolster befestigt ist.
Zur Aufnahme einer nach unten ragenden Vorderkante des Sitzpolsters ohne den Bezugs- stoff der Vorderkante zu schädigen, ist vorgesehen, dass die innen gemessene Länge des am Trag- teil angelenkten Schenkels des Schwenkteils die Länge eines an der Vorderkante des Sitzpolsters vorgesehenen, nach unten ragenden Abdeckvorsprungs übersteigt. Zur Einstellung der Neigung des Sitzpolsters und um ein stabiles Auflager für den Sitzpolster zu schaffen, ist vorgesehen, dass bei eingeschwenktem Zusatzpolster der Sitzpolster an seiner Unterseite bzw. mit seinem Rahmen von der Basis des Schwenkteils abgestützt ist. Liegefläche ist es vorgesehen, dass die Längendifferenz zwischen dem am Zusatzpolster befestigten
Schenkel, gemessen von seiner Basis bis zum Zusatzpolster und dem Schenkel der Dickendifferenz zwischen dem Sitzpolster und dem Zusatzpolster, gemessen im Bereich der Befestigungsstelle des
Schenkels oder der Auflagestelle des Sitzpolsters auf der Basis, entspricht.
Je nach der zu erwartenden Belastung des Zusatzpolsters und der gewählten Bezugsart kann das freie Ende des Schenkels des Schwenkteils eine Abbiegung aufweisen, die an der Unter- seite des Zusatzpolsters befestigt ist oder an der vorderen Seitenwand des Zusatzpolsters befestigt ist, vorzugsweise in einer Ausnehmung versenkt befestigt ist.
Zur Erhöhung der Festigkeit des Scharnierbeschlags ist es zweckmässig, wenn zwischen der Abbiegung und dem Schenkel bzw. zwischen dem einen Schenkel und dem andern Schenkel bzw. der Basis des Schwenkteils Verstärkungswinkel oder Verstärkungsstege vorgesehen sind. Eine stabile und einfach herzustellende Form des Scharnierbeschlags ergibt sich, wenn die Schenkel des Schwenkteils mit der Basis einen rechten Winkel einschliessen. Um den Zusatzpolster nahe an die Vorderwand einschwenken zu können, ist vorgesehen, dass die lichte Weite des Schwenkteils der Dicke der Vorderwand entspricht.
Im folgenden wird die Erfindung an Hand der Zeichnungen beispielsweise näher erläutert.
Es zeigen : Fig. 1 einen Schnitt durch ein Sitzmöbel, Fig. 2 einen Schnitt durch das in ein Liegemöbel umgewandelte Sitzmöbel, Fig. 3 bis 5 verschiedene Ausführungsformen eines Scharnierbeschlags und Fig. 6 eine perspektivische Ansicht eines Scharnierbeschlags.
Fig. 1 zeigt ein Sitzmöbel mit einem Gehäuse --5-- und einem in dieses Gehäuse --5-- ein- und ausfahrbaren Sitzwagen-3--. Am Gehäuse --5-- ist ein Rückenpolster --6-- schwenkbar gelagert und am Sitzwagen -3-- ein Sitzpolster --4-- und ein Zusatzpolster --2-- angelenkt. Der Sitzpolster --4-- ist mittels eines Gelenkes --17-- an der Rückwand des Sitzwagens --3-- angelenkt. Der Zusatzpolster --2-- ist mittels eines Scharnierbeschlags --1-- an der Vorderwand des Sitz- wagens -3-- angelenkt. Wie in Fig. 2 dargestellt, kann der Sitzwagen --3-- aus dem Gehäuse --5-- herausgezogen werden und der Zusatzpolster --2-- kann, nachdem der Sitzpolster --4-- in die Höhe geschwenkt wurde, ausgeschwenkt werden.
Der Zusatzpolster --2-- wird in seiner ausgeklappten Stellung an der einen Seite vom Scharnierbeschlag --1-- gehalten und an der andern Seite von einem einklappbaren und feststellbaren Fuss --27-- abgestützt.

Die beschriebenen Scharnierbeschläge wurden jeweils so beschrieben, dass ihre Anordnung an einer Seite des Sitzmöbels angenommen wurde. Es versteht sich, dass an der andern Seite des Sitzmöbels eine ebensolche Anordnung vorgesehen ist. Auch eine zusätzliche Anordnung in der Mitte ist möglich ; auch eine einmalige, entsprechend massive Anordnung in der Mitte des Sitzmöbels ist möglich.
PATENTANSPRÜCHE :

schwenkbar gelagerten Sitzpolster eine Liegefläche bildet, die gegebenenfalls nach dem Ausfahren des Sitzwagens aus dem Gehäuse des Sitzmöbels durch eine umklappbare Rückenlehne in ihrer Länge ergänzbar ist, welcher Scharnierbeschlag einen am Sitzwagen befestigten Tragteil und einen am Zusatzpolster befestigten, am Tragteil verschwenkbar gelagerten Schwenkteil aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schwenkteil (8) im Querschnitt annähernd die Form eines U oder V mit vorzugsweise ungleich langen Schenkeln (9, 10) aufweist, wobei vorzugsweise das Schenkelende des kürzeren Schenkels (9) am an der Vorderwand (16) des Sitzwagens (3), z.
