Automatic spring-operated lift valve for pumps, compressors, blowers, etc. s. w.
The invention relates to a lift valve guided by springs, which in its most varied of embodiments. Forms especially for pumps, compressors, blowers etc. s. w. Is to be used and is primarily suitable for high stroke rates. However, these require the lowest possible mass of the valve, the most friction-free guidance possible, and the lowest possible stress on the valve and valve body. Spring material and movement parallel to the seat surface, even if the valve is placed at any angle. These conditions are not met at the same time by the valves known up to now, neither by the flap valves guided on one side nor by the vertical or ring valves guided by simple leaf springs.
According to the invention, the conditions for safe working, for high

17 and 18, a floor valve is shown which ge for liquids. is suitable and is equipped with the plate valves described above.
A corner or sticking of the valves is therefore completely excluded according to the embodiments of the invention. The helically wound springs a can be punched out with the valve itself and bent open or attached afterwards. The material and the thickness of the springs depend on the intended use, as well as the choice of construction with internal springs a (Figs. 5 to 8 and 13 to 16) or with external springs a (Figs. 1 to 3.9 to 12 and 17 to 18). The valve can not only be used as a suction. and pressure valve, but also wherever there is a tight seal, such as B. for check valves, suction
