<Desc/Clms Page number 2>

<Desc/Clms Page number 5>
<Desc/Clms Page number 6>

The invention relates to a house, in particular a house, and has the task of providing a basic module and additional modules (= docking modules), regardless of the fact that only a certain number of modules is provided, a largely in the design of the house Achieve flexibility.
According to the invention, this object is achieved with a house with the features of claim 1.
Preferred and advantageous embodiments of the house according to the invention are the subject of the dependent claims.
In the house according to the invention, a basic module is provided in all versions, which in a preferred form allows great flexibility of the interior design without changing the statics, since in the basic module only two uprights are provided in addition to the boundary walls.
If the basic module is intended for a multi-storey house, the position of the staircase is also predetermined, whereby basic modules with different arrangements or embodiments of the staircase are possible.
The adaptation to different apartment and design qualities and wishes can be done without changing the basic module by supplementing the basic module with at least one, but preferably with two (or more) docking modules. Up to, for example, ten different docking modules can be provided, with a construction in prefabricated house construction or in mixed construction, for example for the basic modules and for the docking modules. B. masonry wood, is possible.
The exterior design of the house according to the invention can also be designed flexibly, so that, for example, tongue and groove formwork, three-layer panels, plaster, etc. are possible for the outermost layer of the facade.
The basic modules can be provided with two to three or four different roof pitches (e.g. 450, 400, 350, 250) so that regulations (building regulations) can be taken into account.
This has various advantages. This enables prefabrication. Quality control and quality improvement is simplified (there are no zero series). In addition, the costs of work preparation and technology can be reduced. Finally, there is the possibility for the manufacturer of the house according to the invention to standardize the ordering and accounting system.
There is an advantage for the manufacturer or seller of the house according to the invention in that each basic module comprises a basic variant with a fixed price and the customer's individual needs are met by the docking modules, which in turn can be offered at fixed prices. So the seller can give the customer a short time
<Desc / Clms Page number 2>
Say the final price because there is no need for an individual calculation.
Within the scope of the invention it can be provided that the basic modules are offered in different sizes. So z. B. three basic modules with the dimensions 7 x 11.50 m, 7, 50 x 11, 50 m and 8 x 11, 80 m possible. In addition, special forms of basic modules with the
EMI2.1
be seen.
In the house according to the invention, starting from the basic module, there is therefore an individual design, on the one hand, through the free choice of the interior (partition walls, etc.) and, for example, through ten different docking modules (winter gardens, cross gables, canopies, balconies, car parking spaces (carports), etc.) possible. Further details, features and advantages of the invention result from the exemplary embodiments of basic modules and docking modules shown in FIGS. 1 to 191 and from houses made from these and the following description thereof.
1 to 7 different embodiments of a house are shown, starting from a basic module 1 with the dimensions 7, 0 x 11, 50 m. 1 to 3 show a basic module 1 of a one-storey house with surrounding walls 2 and two uprights 3. 2 and 3 also show that a docking module 4 (FIG. 2) or two docking modules 4 (FIG. 3) can be attached to the basic module 1.
If the house according to the invention is a multi-storey house, a staircase 5 is provided in addition to the two uprights 3 in the basic module 1. As shown in FIGS. 4 to 7, the staircase 5 can be provided in the basic module 1 at various points. Docking modules 4 (one, two or more) can also be attached to a basic module 1 for a multi-storey house with stairs 5.
8 to 65 show basic modules 1 with the dimensions 7, 50 x 11, 50 m and 8, 0 x 11, 50 m, respectively for a single-storey house (FIGS. 8 to 12 and FIGS. 34 to 38) and for a two-story house (Fig.
13 to 33 and Fig. 39 to 65) each with stairs 5 in different embodiments and arrangements thereof. For example, FIGS. 11, 12, 14 to 16, 18 to 22, 24, 25, 27, 28.30, 31, 32 and 33 show that one or two docking modules 4 are also attached to the basic modules 1 in these embodiments can. Basically, with three basic modules l, z. For example, those shown in Figs. 1 to 65 can be found to be sufficient. However, it is entirely possible to provide further basic modules 1 in special versions, as shown in FIGS. 66 to 79.
It goes without saying that docking modules 4 are also attached to these basic modules 1 and stairs 5 in the case of multi-storey houses (FIGS. 70, 71 and 76 to 79).

The embodiments of docking modules 4 shown in FIGS. 135 to 164 are intended for two-storey houses in which the upper floor is a converted attic.
165 and 166 show floor plans of a house according to the invention, consisting of a basic module 1 and two docking modules 4 (right: conservatory and left: canopy) in the area of the ground floor (Fig. 165) and in the area of the upper floor (Fig. 166). It can be seen from FIGS. 165 and 166 that both the basic module 1 and the docking modules 4, since they only have two uprights 3 in the basic module 1 and no intermediate walls, have a freely configurable interior space. Only the position of the stairs 5 (see above) is specified in different positions and designs in the basic module 1.
FIGS. 167 and 168 show an example of the possibility of designing the interior of the house according to the invention shown in FIGS. 165 and 166 on the ground floor (FIG. 167) and on the upper floor (FIG. 168).
169 to 172 show different embodiments of the house shown in FIGS. 165 and 166, which differ from one another by different roof pitches 450 (FIG. 169), 400 (FIG. 170), 350 (FIG. 171) and 250 (Fig. 172) and different knee heights 70 cm (Fig. 169), 100 cm (Fig. 170), 140 cm (Fig. 171) and 160 cm (Fig.
162) differentiate.
173 to 176 show the houses shown in FIGS. 167 to 172 with the roof pitches 450, 400, 350 and 250. The sectional representations in FIGS. 173 to 176 also show that one docking module 4 is a winter garden (in the figures: right) and the other docking module 4 is a canopy (in the figures: left). In addition, the arrangement of the uprights 3 within the basic module 1 (ground floor and upper floor) can be seen in the sectional views.
177 to 188 show the house, the floor plans of which are shown in FIGS. 167 and 168 for the ground floor and for the upper floor
<Desc / Clms Page number 5>
with the roof inclinations: 1gen 450, 400, 350 and 250, each seen from four different sides.
189 to 191, exemplary embodiments for houses according to the invention are shown in an oblique view, with a docking module 4 attached to a basic module 1, which is designed as a canopy, being provided in each case. 189 to 191 that apart from surrounding walls (not yet covered with wall parts in FIGS. 189 to 191), only two uprights 3 are provided in the basic module 1 both on the ground floor and on the upper floor. No load-bearing partitions or inner walls are therefore required, although such can be provided.
From this it can be seen that the house according to the invention in its basic module 1 is a static system with load-bearing outer walls 2, two load-bearing supports (upright 3) on the ground floor, a beam 15 parallel to the long side of the house, an intermediate ceiling 16, two load-bearing supports (support 3) on the upper floor and a ridge purlin 17 running parallel to the long side of the house, on which the rafters 18 lie in different roof pitches. 189 to 191, using the example of a canopy, it can be seen that there is the possibility of providing any number of docking modules 4 if this is desired. The fact that no load-bearing interior walls have to be provided means that the interior can be divided largely freely and according to the individual wishes of the house owner.
From the above description in connection with the representations in the figures, it can be seen that the invention is based on the basic principle of providing a standardized basic module 1 (optionally in different sizes) to which docking modules 4 (in different versions) can be attached. Design options include the choice of the size of the basic module and the number and type of docking modules 4 attached to basic module 1. In addition, there are design options due to the different roof pitches, for example 45, 40, 350 and 250 and knee height.
Another advantage of the invention, as already indicated, is that standardization is possible for all components, that is to say the basic modules 1 and the docking modules 4; H. that, for example, the same standard components are used in all basic modules 1 / docking modules 4. In summary, a preferred embodiment of the house according to the invention can be described as follows:
A house, which consists of at least one basic module 1 and at least one docking module 4 attached to the basic module 1, is largely freely configurable in its interior division, since the basic module 1 is a static system with load-bearing outer walls 2 and only two load-bearing walls
<Desc / Clms Page number 6>
Columns 3 is formed on the ground floor and two load-bearing columns 3 on the upper floor, provided an upper floor is provided. The fact that predefined docking modules 4 (attachments) can be added to the basic module 1 opens up further design options. The house can be constructed in a conventional way as a prefabricated house or in a mixed construction, combined from conventional construction (masonry) and prefabricated parts.
Expectations :
1. House, characterized in that it has at least one basic module (1) and at least one docking module (4) attached to the basic module (1).
