   In der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes dargestellt und zwar zeigt Fig. 1 eine perspektivische Ansicht der Einlage, Fig. 2 eine Oberansicht und Fig. 3 einen Schnitt nach Linie   3-3   in Fig. 2. Fig. 4 stellt eine Einzelheit dar. 



   Die Einlage besteht aus einer gebogenen Federplatte b auf deren Oberseite eine Polsterung a aus Kork, Filz od. dgl. angeordnet ist. In dem unteren Schenkel der Feder ist ein   Stift' ? angeordnet, weicher   in die Sohle eindringt und so ein Festlegen der Einlage im Schuh bewirkt. Auf dem unteren Schenkel der Feder ist eine diesen umgreifende Klammer verschiebbar, um durch Verstellung derselben näher oder entfernter   der Abbiegungs-   stelle der Feder eine Regulierung der Federwirkung der Einlage zu ermöglichen.

   The insert consists of a curved spring plate b on the top of which a padding a made of cork, felt or the like is arranged.
