B. in Quaderform, ausgebildet.
<Desc/Clms Page number 2>
Unterbauten --11-- mehrerer in Reihe stehender Schrankmöbel bzw.
<Desc/Clms Page number 3>

The invention relates to a base with a base panel, which is part of any
Cupboard furniture of household appliances, such as washing machines, refrigerators, dishwashers, gas or electric stoves or the like. Forms.
In a previously known body of cabinet furniture equipped with a substructure,
Household appliances or the like. The base cover is an integral part of the substructure, so that when the depths of the cupboards or devices are lined up in a row, the base covers spring back to a greater or lesser extent and therefore there is no uniform escape in the base area. Representing the known state of the art in the sector mentioned, the AT-PS
No. 332591.
The object of the invention is the body for cabinet furniture, household appliances or the like
To equip the substructure with a plinth panel, with which an aligned plinth area can be achieved in a simple manner when the cabinets or devices are lined up.
This object is achieved according to the invention in that the base panel on the cabinet furniture or household appliance substructure is steplessly guided by guide webs in the direction normal to their plane
Front bar is adjustable and arranged in the set position by means of clamping devices.
Another feature of the invention can be seen in the fact that the base panel with guide webs is slidably mounted in slots in the substructure and on the substructure for fixing the position of the base panel for each guide web a clamping device that presses it against a substructure side wall in the form of a self-contained device deformable clamping (squeezing) element or an eccentric clamping piece is arranged.
The guide webs are formed in an upright position and fastened to the two longitudinal end areas of the rear of the base cover front strip and in the front strip next to each guide web, a push-through opening for a tool, such as a screwdriver, which can be closed by means of a plug or the like is excluded for actuating the clamping device.
The front wall of the substructure has slots that accommodate the guide webs, while in the corner areas of the substructure a bearing that extends the slots and forms a second slot through a recess with the substructure side wall and holds the clamping device, preferably angled piece, is fastened.
Furthermore, it should be stated that the clamping device has a clamping bush, which is mounted in the aforementioned bearing in a non-rotatable and displaceable manner, for an elastically deformable clamping element formed by a hollow cylindrical rubber or plastic body and a clamping screw penetrating the substructure front wall and the clamping element and engaging in the clamping bush.
The clamping sleeve is in the form of a pot-like sleeve that at least partially accommodates the clamping element with a jacket-side cutout that allows the clamping element to emerge and is provided on the bottom of the sleeve and can be rotated into a recess in the bearing, but slidably engages in the longitudinal direction of the clamping screw and has a threaded bore, e.g. B. in cuboid shape.
In contrast to the aforementioned clamping device, the other clamping device has a cylindrical clamping piece equipped with a jacket made of resilient material, on the end faces of which eccentrically arranged bearing journals are arranged, one bearing journal in the bearing recess and the other bearing journal equipped with a tool holder , is rotatably mounted in a hole in the substructure front wall.
The base panel has at both length ends of its front bar a side panel covering the substructure, preferably engaging in a recess in the substructure.
The subject matter of the invention extends not only to the features of the individual claims, but also to their simultaneous application.
The base panel according to the invention, with the body of a piece of cupboard furniture, a household appliance or the like, forms a fixed component in an advantageous manner by means of a simple construction, easy to use and by means of permanently safe means that is infinitely adjustable in the depth direction on the substructure, so that in A straightforward escape in the base area can be achieved in a favorable manner in the case of cabinets and / or devices arranged in a row.
A further advantage of the invention is seen in the side panel parts of the base panel, which are the side areas, in particular in the case of free-standing cabinets or devices that close the row
<Desc / Clms Page number 2>
of the substructure so that it is inaccessible on the inside, so that no objects
Can reach the substructure, children cannot reach into the substructure while avoiding injuries, and furthermore the pollution as such has been reduced.
Exemplary embodiments according to the invention are explained in more detail with reference to the drawings. 1 shows a perspective view of a body of a household appliance with an adjustable one
Plinth panel; Fig. 2 is a perspective view of the device substructure with base panel in the solved
Condition of the plinth; 3 shows a plan view, partly in section, of the substructure with a base panel and guide and clamping device for mounting the base panel; 4 shows a perspective view in “exploded view” of a clamping device; Fig. 5 is a partial rear perspective view
Section and in "exploded view" of the base with base panel and clamping device in the unconnected state, and Fig. 6 is a perspective view of an eccentric
Clamping device.
The body --10-- of a cupboard; Household appliance, such as washing machines, refrigerators,
Electric or gas stoves or the like, which is equipped with a base-like substructure --11--, has, according to the invention, an adjustable base panel --12--, which ensures a straightforward and aligned arrangement of the
Substructures --11-- enables several cupboards or household appliances in a row.
The plinth panel --12-- on the substructure --11-- is steplessly in through guide bars --13--
Direction normal to the level of their front bar --16-- adjustable and arranged in the set position by means of clamping devices --14, 15--.
The plinth panel --12-- has on the back of its front bar --16-- the two guide webs - with a rectangular cross-section, which stand up in the two longitudinal end areas of the front bar --16 upright and at right angles to the longitudinal direction of the front bar --16-- are progressively attached.
These two guide webs --13-- engage at least almost positively in each slot --21-- of the substructure --11-- and are each clamped by --14, 15-- in the form of a deformable clamping element - -17-- or an eccentric clamping piece --18-- pressed against a side wall --19-- of the substructure --11--.
The substructure --11-- has a slot --21-- in the two width end areas of its front wall --20-- for the guide bar --13-- and one behind the substructure front wall --20-- in the corner area the side wall --19-- of the substructure --11-- fixed bearing --22--, preferably designed as an angle piece, continues the slot by this bearing --22-- at a distance from the slot --21- - forms a further slot --23-- with the side wall --19--, so that these two slots --21, 23-- result in a secure slot guide for the guide web --13--. The bearing --22-continues to form the holder for the clamping devices -14, 15-- with the front wall --20-- of the base --11--.
The clamping device --14-- working with pinch tension according to Fig. 3 to 5 consists of a clamping sleeve --24--, the clamping element --17-- and a clamping screw --25--. The clamping element --17-- is formed by a hollow cylindrical body made of a flexible and / or elastic material, such as rubber, plastic or the like, and has a push-through opening --26-- for the clamping screw - -25--. The clamping bush --24-- is pot-shaped and the clamping element --17 is at least partially inserted into it.
On the jacket side, the sleeve-shaped clamping bush --24-- shows a cutout - -27--, from which the clamping element --17-- can emerge during the deformation and act on the guide bar. On the bottom of the sleeve is the bushing --24-- with a threaded hole --28-for the clamping screw-25-having shoulder-29-, e.g.
B. in cuboid form, with which the clamping bush --24-- engages in a bearing recess --30-- of the bearing --22-- in a torsion-proof manner. The clamping screw --25-- is inserted through a hole --31-- in the front wall --20-- of the substructure --11 -through the clamping element --17-- and engages in the threaded hole --28-- of the approach --29-- on the adapter sleeve -24--. The clamping screw --25-- is supported with its head on the substructure front wall --20--, so that when the clamping screw --25-- is turned in the tightening direction
EMI2.1
this receives a deformation, partially emerges from the cutout --27-- of the clamping sleeve --24-- and presses against the guide bar --13-- to fix it in position.
The adapter bushing --24-- is slidably held by its attachment --29-- in the bearing --22--.
<Desc / Clms Page number 3>
The clamping screw --25-- is actuated from the outside of the base panel --12-- by using a push-through opening --32-- for a tool in the front bar --16-- of the base panel --12-- like screwdriver, except; this push-through opening --32-- is after the
Socket cover fastening closed by a plug, a cap or the like.
6 is designed as a clamping eccentric and has two eccentric bearing journals --33, 34-- on a cylindrical clamping piece --18a-- with a flexible and / or elastic jacket --18a--. , of which the pin --34-- engages in the bearing recess-30- and the pin --33-- is held in the hole --31-- in the front wall. This pin - is equipped with a tool holder --33a--, such as a screwdriver slot.
By
Turning the clamping piece --18-- using a tool, which is also inserted through the push-through opening --32-- in the base cover --12--, the clamping piece --18-- with its soft jacket --18a - pressed against the guide bar --13--, so that the guide bar --13-- is fixed in position. Around the two guide bars --13-- another anti-tip device in
To give the height direction, a guide bar --35-- can be arranged above the bearing --22-- on the wall --19-- of the substructure --11--.
According to a further feature of the invention, the base panel --12-- is equipped at its two longitudinal ends with a side panel --36-- standing perpendicular to the front bar --16--, so that the base panel --12-- through receives a U-shaped shape. With these side panels --36--, the base panel --12-- reaches over the sides of the base --11--; the side panels --36-- preferably fit into recesses --37-- of the side walls --19-- of the substructure --11--.
The recesses --37-- were made on the outside of the substructure walls --19-- and the side panels --36-- have a thickness corresponding to the depth of the recesses --37--, so that they are flush with Seal the outside of the walls --19-- and do not protrude outwards.
The side panels --36-- prevent access to the inside of the substructure from the side, which prevents objects from falling into the substructure --11--, children from reaching inside and injuring themselves and further reducing pollution .
The plinth --12-- can be made in one piece from plastic; furthermore, it can be made of wood or another suitable material.
