Selbsttonendes photographisches Papier.

Self-toning photographic paper.
None of the previously proposed gold-containing compositions for the production of self-toning paper has sufficiently produced the desired result of making the gold-containing clay bath superfluous and producing a real, durable gold tone, while at the same time providing a durable and easily usable paper. May the gold be used in the form of oxide, nitrate, sulfate, rhodanide or, as it was most often the case, in the form of chloride (cf. the English patents No. 6651 and 15352 from 1896 and 1896).
No. 6609 from 1901 and the German patents No. 67016, 771 (i2, 110089 and 132421), the composition either has too little resistance during storage of the paper or it reacts too slowly in the water bath. or the reaction (tint) is not going as it should. Even if a real (; oldlol1 is achieved in individual cases, it is so weak that it can completely or partially disappear during the warm satin finish.
The present invention now relates to a self-toning one. Paper that is not durable on its own and is a real one when you dive into a saltwater or similar bath
EMI1.1
delay of the toning process, whereby a greater evenness of the effect is achieved. Accordingly, it is used in the manufacture of the photographic paper
EMI1.2
Paper in an astonishingly short time and with the greatest security. Depending on the salinity of the bath, the tone can range with perfect accuracy from reddish brown to
