Hartmann'schen Schwingungsgenerators dienende Ringnut aufweist.

The invention relates to a burner nozzle for the combustion of oil and / or fuel gas with centrally arranged outflow openings for the combustible media (s) and with a Hartmann sound or ultrasonic vibration generator, which is located on the outer circumference and operated by compressed gas, in particular compressed air or steam, for its external limitation a sleeve that can be screwed onto the nozzle body is provided. In such burner nozzles there is a need to have the shape of the
Adjust the flame to the respective purpose. For individual types of use, e.g. B. for melting processes and for tunnel ovens for industry, an elongated flame, a so-called jet or jet flame, is useful, while for water heating short and bulged, so-called
Tulip flames, are appropriate.
The invention solves the problem of designing a burner nozzle of the type mentioned at the outset in such a way that one with very little construction effort and a small amount of material
Set of burner nozzles that can be used to achieve substantially different flame shapes, the
Conversion consists only in unscrewing part of the nozzle and screwing in another part.
According to the invention this is achieved in that the front part of the screw-on sleeve which the
The outlet opening and the resonance chamber of the vibration generator are limited to the outside and consist of a screw-in, ring-shaped insert, whereby the desired change in the flame shape (jet or jet flame or tulip shape) can be achieved by using ring-shaped inserts with different opening widths of the outlet opening.
An exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is explained in more detail below with reference to the drawing. The drawing shows a burner nozzle according to the invention in axial center section. The
The burner nozzle has a base body --1--, which has a resonance chamber --2-- at the front end
Has Hartmann's vibration generator serving annular groove. The oil supply pipe --3-- with a screw-in distributor-4-- for the oil flowing through the channel --5-- is inserted centrally into this body. Between the oil supply pipe --3-- and the base body -l- there is an annular supply channel --6-- for the fuel gas.
A cylindrical sleeve --8-- is screwed onto the foot part --7-- of the base body --1-- and an annular insert --18-- is screwed into its outer end. The compressed gas supply channel --9-- formed between the base body --1-- and the sleeve --8-- or the insert --18-- is used for the supply of e.g. B. compressed air, and ends in a nozzle --10-- directed towards the central axis, which is in front of the resonance chamber --2-- so that the compressed gas flowing out of it penetrates into the resonance chamber --2-- and is set in vibration becomes.
The oscillating compressed gas exits through the annular outlet opening --11--. With this Hartmann oscillation generator, an oscillation field is built up in front of the end wall surface of the burner nozzle. The oil emerging radially from the channel --5-- through the distributor --4-- is atomized by this oscillation field. The atomized oil and also a fuel gas emerging from the supply channel --6 - are intimately mixed with the combustion air, which operates the vibration generator, and burns with a flame which, depending on the structural design, can be more or less elongated or tulip-shaped.
Instead of the distributor shown --4--, other distributors can also be used.
In particular, a distributor can be provided which atomises the combustible liquid flowing in under pressure by centrifugal force, so that the liquid emerges in the form of a spray cone.
The desired change in the shape of the flame is possible by changing the width of the outlet opening --11-- from the resonance chamber --2--. This opening width results from the difference between the inner diameter Dl of the ring-shaped insert --18-- and the diameter D2 of the base body --1-- measured at the end face.
If this opening width is reduced from a certain limit value, a bulbous flame (tulip-shaped) is achieved. If it is increased from this limit onwards, an elongated jet flame is created. The change in the opening width D1 - D2 can be achieved very easily by providing several ring-shaped inserts --18 - with slightly different dimensions, which have changing diameters Dl with otherwise the same design and which can be attached to the sleeve --8- as required. - be screwed on.
It is of course also possible to make the part of the base body 1 that delimit the outlet opening 11 on the inside interchangeable in order to obtain different opening widths of the outlet opening 11 and thus a changed shape of the flame.
