The invention relates to a fastening device for window and door frames by means of a sleeve which can be inserted into the same from the outer circumferential side of the frame and has a support flange and a

To facilitate the fastening of window and door frames, a fastening device is known in which a screw provided with a point is screwed into one of the outer circumferential side of the stick in the same insertable sleeve with a support flange with an internal thread, one through the
Stock going bore is provided and through this the screw can be turned to clamp the window.
With this fastening device, the window or door frame can be clamped in a wall opening. After insertion, it is sealed. For this it is necessary that one worker holds the stick in approximately the correct position in the opening, while the second one is clamped to several
Screws adjusted. The invention aims at a further development of the fastening device, which makes this adjustment much easier and enables it to be inserted by a single worker. The aim is also to enable support between the edges of longer door frames.
This goal is achieved in that a base plate is provided that can be fixedly attached to the wall, and on the base plate a tab spaced from the base plate via one or more webs with an opening for receiving the
Screw is provided, wherein the head of the screw is arranged between the base plate and bracket. The base plate is expediently fastened in the middle of the wall opening, with elongated holes advantageously being provided in the base plate so that readjustment can be carried out easily. Several base plates can also be attached next to each other. It can also be useful to provide base plates on the top and bottom of the wall opening. Corresponding to the base plates, the thread carrier (s) is or are attached to the pole or in the pole.
The screw creates the connection between the wall and the floor via the base plate or bracket and thread carrier. By hanging this tension and pressure connection, which is preferably to be arranged in the middle of the stick, the stick is already hung and fixed so far in the window frame that the adjustment can be carried out with further fastening and pressure screws by a single worker without further holding. It is useful if the opening of the tab is open to one side for inserting the screw into the tab and the head between the tab and the base plate. Then it is possible to hang the screw in the thread carrier and screw it in and connect it to the stick.
By lifting the stick and inserting the screw into the opening of the bracket and the head of the screw between bracket and base plate, the stick is hooked into the opening in the simplest possible way. To this end, it is further proposed that the screw have an offset adjacent to the head and that the width of the opening of the tab is smaller than the diameter of the screw and larger than the diameter of the offset. The screw is inserted with the offset into the opening of the bracket and is connected to it in a tensile and compression-proof manner. The stick can be adjusted by turning the screw, either by gripping a tool on the head or in some other way.
Adjustment is particularly easy if the end of the screw opposite the head has a slot for engaging a screwdriver or the like and a hole is provided through the stick through which a screwdriver or a similar tool can be guided to the screw the screw can be turned for adjustment.
It can be attached to a fastening device in the middle of the stick. One fastening device each can be provided at the top and one below, but it is also possible to provide two fastening devices next to one another. In all cases, hanging can be carried out quickly and by a single person. Particularly in the case of long door frames, fastening devices according to the invention which engage in the middle of the door frame or at a distance from the edges have the advantage that they prevent the frames from buckling when pressure is clamped by fastening devices that engage in the extension of the frames.
The invention is explained in more detail with reference to the exemplary embodiments shown in the drawings, without being restricted thereto.
