     Die Kupplungshälfte   a ist mit zwei Reihen Bolzen b versehen, die durch ein Band ohne Ende gegenseitig im Zickzack verbunden sind. Auf den freien Enden je einer Reihe Bolzen sind die Ringe d und e aufgeschraubt, um das Herausfallen des Bandes zu verhindern. Der äussere Ring   d   dient zur gleichen Zeit als äussere Einhüllung der Kupplung und als Schutz des elastischen Bandes.

   Es kann die eine oder die andere Hälfte der Kupplung als die treibende oder die getriebene Seite dienen. 



   Die Kupplung kann als fixe oder als auslösbar Kupplung angewandt werden. 



   Das Band könnte aus Stahl, Kautschuk, Leder oder Gewebe bestehen.
