  Verfahren und Vorrichtung zum Anwärmen von Flüssigkeiten. 



   Es   ist bekannt, beim Anwärmen   von Flüssigkeiten durch einen in die zu erwärmende Flüssigkeit eingeführten Dampfstrahl dem Dampfe Luft beizumischen, welche durch das sich bei der Kondensation des Dampfes bildende Vakuum angesaugt wird, um das bei Verwendung reinen Dampfes infolge der plötzlichen Kondensation desselben entstehende Geräusch zu vermeiden. Dieses Verfahren liefert jedoch nur dann gute Ergebnisse, wenn es sich um eine Erwärmung der Flüssigkeit auf eine verhältnismässig geringe Temperatur handelt. Nähert sich dagegen die zu erreichende Temperatur der Siedetemperatur des Wassers, so wird das gebildete Vakuum beträchtlich vermindert und es wird infolgedessen entsprechend weniger Luft angesaugt, so dass wieder ein   stärkeres   Geräusch auftritt. 



     Dieser Übelstand wird   gemäss der Erfindung dadurch vermieden, dass dem Dampfe   Luft unabhängig   von dem Betriebe des zur   Anwärmung   dienenden Strahlapparates beigemischt wird. 



   Eine zu diesem Zwecke geeignete Einrichtung ist in der Zeichnung dargestellt. In dem
