Die Erfindung betrifft einen Verschluss für die Ablauföffnung einer Wanne, eines Waschbeckens, einer
Abwäsche od. dgl. Derartige Ablauföffnungen werden meistens mit einem aus Metall, Gummi oder Kunststoff bestehenden konischen Stopfen verschlossen, der in die zentrale Vertiefung eines an seinem Boden mehrere
Löcher aufweisenden Ventilteiles eingesetzt wird. Dieser Ventilteil ist in der Ablauföffnung z. B. des
Waschbeckens mittels einer Schraube festgelegt.
Bei derartigen Verschlüssen kommt es immer wieder zum unerwünschten Ablaufen des Wassers, weil der
Stopfen entweder zu klein oder zu gross bemessen ist. Ist er als Gummistopfen ausgeführt zu gross bemessen, bleibt er im eingedrückten Zustand im Ventilteil nicht haften und steigt in die Höhe, worauf das Wasser abläuft.
Die Erfindung zielt darauf ab, einen Verschluss der eingangs erwähnten Art zu schaffen, der die erwünschte
Dichtheit mit Sicherheit ermöglicht. Dies wird nach der Erfindung dadurch erreicht, dass als Schliesskörper eine mit einer auf dem Ventilteilrand aufzuliegen kommenden Dichtungslippe versehene Scheibe vorgesehen ist, die mittig einen hülsenförmigen, sich gegen den Ventilteil erstreckenden zylindrischen Ansatz aufweist, der den
Schraubenkopf oder einen vom Schraubenkopf gehaltenen Hülsenteil übergreift und an diesem haftet.
Beim Aufsetzen des Schliesskörpers wird der hülsenförmige Vorsprung oder Ansatz gewissermassen mit dem
Ventilteilboden gekuppelt, indem der Vorsprung am Schraubenkopf mittelbar oder unmittelbar haftet. Dies bewirkt das Anpressen der Dichtungslippe des Schliesskörpers auf den Rand des Ventilteiles, so dass ein vollkommen dichter Abschluss der Ablauföffnung z. B. eines Waschbeckens erreicht ist.
Mit Vorteil kann der Schraubenkopf selbst mit einer ringförmigen Schliesswulst versehen sein, oder es kann auf einem von der Schraube durchsetzten Hülsenteil eine Schliesswulst vorgesehen sein. Hiebei weist der hülsenförmige Vorsprung oder Ansatz in seinem Inneren eine an die Schliesswulst angeformte ringförmige Nut auf.
Es bedarf dann bloss des Einsetzens des Hülsenteiles mit der an sich vorhandenen Schraube in den Ventilteil und des Festziehens der Schraube. Drückt man den Schliesskörper mit seinem hülsenförmigen Ansatz auf den mit einer Schliesswulst versehenen Hülsenteil, so kommt gleichzeitig die Dichtungslippe zum satten Aufliegen auf dem Ventilteilrand, wodurch ein dichter Abschluss der Ablauföffnung des Beckens bewirkt ist.
Es ist herstellungsmässig von Vorteil, den gesamten Schliesskörper samt Dichtungslippe und hülsenförmigen Ansatz einstückig auszubilden, z. B. aus Kunststoff zu spritzen. Hiebei wird man einen Kunststoff wählen, der ausreichend elastisch ist, so dass sich die Dichtungslippe an die Randfläche des Ventilteiles anschmiegen und gleichzeitig auch der hülsenförmige Ansatz die Ringwulst fest umschliessen kann.
Zweckmässig wird man den hülsenförmigen Ansatz mit achsparallelen Einschnitten oder Schlitzen versehen, wodurch federnde Stege gebildet werden, die das elastische Festklemmen des Ansatzes am Hülsenteil erleichtern.
Die Dichtungslippe verjüngt sich, im Querschnitt gesehen, nach ihrem Aussenrand zu und nach unten konisch, wodurch sie mit beim Schliessen des Verschlusses einer verhältnismässig grossen Ringfläche auf dem Rand des Ventilteiles aufzuliegen kommt.
Zwei Ausführungsbeispiele des erfindungsgemässen Verschlusses sollen nachstehend an Hand der Zeichnungen näher erläutert werden.
In Fig. 1 der Zeichnungen ist mit eine zu verschliessende, mit einer Ablauföffnung-2- versehene Abwäsche bezeichnet. In die Ablauföffnung-2-der Abwäsche ist ein Ventilteil --3-- unter Zwischenschaltung einer GumllÚdichtung --4-- mittels einer Schraube --5-- eingesetzt. Der Ventilteil

An seiner Unterseite weist der Schliesskörper einen hülsenförmigen, sich gegen den Ventilteilboden--6--erstreckenden zylindrischen Ansatz--16--auf. In der Innenseite des Ansatzes --16-- ist eine Ringnut --17-- vorgesehen, die an die Schliesswulst-10-angeformt ist.
Der zylindrische Ansatz--16--weist achsparallele (nicht dargestellte) Schlitze auf, so dass federnde Stege gebildet sind.
Die gegenseitige Lage von Ringnut und Schliesswulst ist so getroffen, dass beim Einrasten der Schliesswulst in die Ringnut die Dichtungslippe leicht an die Randfläche des Ventilteiles-3-angepresst wird.
Fig. 2 der Zeichnungen veranschaulicht eine Abwandlung des Beispiels gemäss Fig. 1. Zunächst ist es der Ansatz oder die Muffe--16--, die eine Schliesswulst --10-- aufweist und ferner sind am Hülsenteil --11-- zwei ringförmige Nuten-17, 17'-vorgesehen. Alle übrigen Teile des Verschlusses und auch die Wirkungsweise entsprechen der Ausführungsform nach Fig. 1.

Die beiden Nuten --17, 17'-- ermöglichen die Halterung des Schliesskörpers in zwei Lagen oder Stellungen, nämlich in einer Offenstellung (Nut 17') und in einer Schliessstellung (Nut 17). In der Offenstellung, d. h. wenn die Schliesswulst-10-in die Nut-17'-einrastet, besteht ein ausreichender Spalt zwischen der Dichtungslippe --14-- und dem Rand des Ventilteiles-6--, mit dem Vorteil, dass man den Schliesskörper nicht mehr an einer Kette zu befestigen braucht, um seinen Verlust zu vermeiden.
