   Die Tabakspfeifen in ihrer bisher bekannten Form besitzen den Übelstand, dass sie infolge des verhältnismässig dicken Pfeifenkopfes ein Etui von beträchtlicher Dicke erfordern

   Dieser Übelstand wird gemäss vorliegender Erfindung dadurch behoben, dass dem Pfeifenkopf, sowie dem Pfeifenstiel eine   flachgedrückte   Form gegeben wird, indem der erstere im Querschnitt nicht die bisher tibliche Kreisform, sondern eine elliptische oder linsenförmige Gestalt aufweist, während der Stiel in der gleichen Ebene wie der Pfeifenkopf abgeflacht ist.

   Hierdurch wird nicht nur ein bequemeres Tragen der   Tabakspfeife   in der Tasche ermöglicht und die Festigkeit und Widerstandsfähigkeit   des Pfeifenkopfes gegen
