  Ofenrohrknie mit den ganzen Umfang umfassenden Faltungen. 



   Das Ofenrohrknie ist, wie Fig. 1 zur Hälfte in Ansicht, zur Hälfte im Schnitt zeigt, in bekannter Weise, durch Faltungen gebildet, welche in das Innere des Rohres eintreten und den ganzen Umfang des Kniees umfassen. An der inneren Biegung liegen die Faltungen dicht aneinander, so dass sie dem Auge eine scheinbar ununterbrochene Kreislinie bieten. 



  Gegen die äussere Biegung zu gehen die Faltungen auseinander und zeigen an der äussersten Biegung ein wellenförmiges Gebilde. Diese Art der Faltung hat zur Folge, dass dem Knie der geringst mögliche Biegungsradius gegeben wird (s. Fig. 2). 



   Dem Gegenstande vorliegender Erfindung zufolge ist auf der äusseren Biegung des Rohrknies eine Tür vorgesehen, welche um ein Scharnier umklappbar ist und vermittels derselben in geschlossenem Zustande am Knie gehalten werden kann, wobei der Rand der Tür etwas gewellt ist, damit sich die Tür in geschlossenem Zustande dem wellenförmigen Verlaufe der Faltungen dicht anpassen kann. Durch die geöffnete Tür ist das Innere des Rohrknies z. B. zwecks Reinigung leicht zugänglich. 



   Fig. 2 zeigt in Ansicht die Anordnung der Klappe bei einem Knie mit parallelen Schenkeln.

   The stovepipe elbow is, as Fig. 1 shows half in view, half in section, in a known manner, formed by folds which enter the interior of the pipe and encompass the entire circumference of the knee. At the inner bend, the folds are close to one another, so that they offer the eye a seemingly uninterrupted circular line.



  Towards the outer bend, the folds diverge and show a wave-like structure at the outermost bend. This type of folding has the consequence that the knee is given the smallest possible bending radius (see Fig. 2).



   According to the subject matter of the present invention, a door is provided on the outer bend of the pipe elbow, which can be folded down around a hinge and by means of the same can be held in the closed state on the knee, the edge of the door being slightly corrugated so that the door is in the closed state can adapt closely to the undulating course of the folds. Through the open door, the inside of the elbow z. B. easily accessible for cleaning.



   Fig. 2 shows a view of the arrangement of the flap in a knee with parallel legs.
