Auswerfer an Vorrichtungen zum Verkorken und Entkorken von Zapflochbüchsen.
Den Gegenstand der Erfindung bildet eine Auswerfervorrichtung für zum Verkorken und Entkorken von Zapflochbuchsen dienende Handpressen.
Die bekannten Auswerfer an Maschinen zum Eintreiben von Korkpfropfen in Zapflochbüchsen besitzen ein die zu verkorkende Büchse aufnehmendes senkrecht verschiebbares Gleitstück, welches bei der Aufwärtsbewegung des den Pfropfen eintreibenden Gesenkes sich nach abwärts bewegt und dadurch auf einen die Zapflochbüchse emporhebenden Schlagbolzen durch Vermittlung eines beliebigen Gestänges wirkt. Die Zapflochbüchse wird in dieser Weise aus dem Gleitstück herausgestossen und nach vorn übergekippt, so dass dieselbe in einen geeigneten Sammelbehälter rollen kann.
Beim nachfolgend beschriebenen Auswerfer geschieht das Auswerfen durch zwei diametral einander gegenüber angeordnete Riegel, welche die Zapflochbüchse zuerst achsial und geradlinig emporheben, bis dieselbe aus ihrer Führung vollständig herausgehoben ist, und sie hierauf dadurch zum Umkippen bringen, dass der eine Riegel stille steht, während der andere noch mehr gehoben wird.

The subject of the invention is an ejector device for hand presses used for corking and uncorking tap hole sockets.
The known ejectors on machines for driving cork stoppers into mortise bushes have a vertically displaceable slider which receives the bushing to be corked and which moves downward during the upward movement of the die driving the plug and thereby acts on a firing pin that lifts the mortise bushing through any linkage. In this way, the mortise bushing is pushed out of the slide and tipped over so that it can roll into a suitable collecting container.
