Das Patent Nr. 307. 274 betrifft einen Verschluss für Schuhe, insbesondere Skischuhe, bei dem an den Rändern der zusammenzuziehenden Schliesslappen jedes Schuhes Zugorgane angreifen, die mit einer dazwischenliegenden, um ihre Achse drehbaren Scheibe aussermittig verbunden sind, so dass bei einer Drehung der Scheibe die Zugorgane voneinander oder zueinander bewegt werden ;
demäss der Erfindung im Stammpatent ist die Scheibe wenigstens zum Teil als Malteserkreuz ausgebildet, wobei in den Vorsprüngen des Malteserkreuzes je eine radiale Führungsnut ausgespart ist, und es ist ein in einer zur Scheibe parallelen Ebene drehbares Antriebselement vorgesehen, das einerseits mindestens einen aussermittig angeordneten Zapfen aufweist, der jeweils in eine radiale Führungsnut eingreifen und die Scheibe mit dem Malteserkreuz drehen kann, und das anderseits einen Nocken mit zwei konvexen Stirnflächen trägt, die beim Drehen des Antriebselementes abwechselnd in den mit gleichem Radius ausgebildeten Einbuchtungen des Malteserkreuzes zu liegen kommen und dabei eine Sperre für dieses bilden.
Bei einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform sind zwei Vorsprünge und die zugeordneten Führungsnuten der Scheibe unter einem Zentriwinkel von 600 angeordnet und die Scheibe weist drei Einbuchtungen und das Antriebselement zwei um 1800 versetzte Zapfen und einen Nocken mit zwei konvexen Stirnflächen auf.
Weitere vorteilhafte Merkmale der Erfindung im Stammpatent bestehen darin, dass zwischen den in an sich bekannter Weise als Zuglaschen ausgebildeten Zugorganen und der Scheibe pleuelartige Verbindungselemente vorgesehen sind, die mit der Scheibe aussermittig gelenkig verbunden sind.
Das 1. Zusatzpatent Nr. 319099 betrifft eine weitere Ausgestaltung derieser Erfindung, die darin besteht, dass die Zugorgane durch Zugseile oder durch die Endteile eines durchgehenden, einstückigen Zugseiles gebildet sind.
Die Erfindung betrifft eine weitere Ausgestaltung der Erfindung im Stammpatent und besteht darin, dass die Zugorgane durch zwei Seilschlingen gebildet sind, von denen jeweils ein Ende aussermittig an der Scheibe und das andere Ende am Gehäuse des Verschlusses befestigt ist. Durch Drehen der Scheibe werden dabei die Seilschlingen verlängert oder verkürzt.
Die Seile bestehen vorzugsweise aus rostfreiem Stahl oder aus Kunststoff. Der am Gehäuse befestigte Endteil jeder Seilschlinge kann in der Nähe seiner Befestigungsstelle mit einer Feineinstellvorrichtung versehen sein.
Ein Verschluss gemäss der Erfindung wird nun unter Bezugnahme auf Fig. 1 bis 4 der Zeichnungen näher erläutert, von denen Fig. l eine Draufsicht auf das Verschlussgehäuse, Fig. 2 eine Hinteransicht des Verschlusses in geöffneter Stellung, Fig. 3 eine Hinteransicht in geschlossener Stellung, jeweils bei abgehobenem Deckel, und Fig. 4 einen Schnitt längs der Linie B-B in Fig. 3 zeigen.
