Description

Fig. 2 zeigt schematisch im Schnitt zwei aneinanderstossende erfmdungsgemässe Wandelemente.

The invention relates to a prefabricated wall element with an outwardly open channel profile surrounding the wall element in a frame-like manner for connecting adjacent wall elements. Such prefabricated wall elements, as they have recently been used for the construction of houses, usually have the height of one storey.

Wall elements, for example for vehicle bodies, are known whose channel profiles have a C-shaped cross section. These wall elements are connected to one another by screwed-in connecting bodies.

This type of connection is too expensive for the assembly of prefabricated wall elements and requires too precise manual work. The invention is based on the object of eliminating these disadvantages.

This object is achieved according to the invention in that the channel profile, as known per se, has a C-shaped cross section, the lateral channel profile sections of adjacent wall elements being connected by pouring with a hardenable compound and the upper and lower channel profile sections being insertable in guides. If two such prefabricated wall elements with their C-shaped, metal channel profiles are placed against one another, then the two C-shaped channel profiles enclose a shape which is approximately rectangular in plan and has a constriction. By casting this cavity with a hardening, high strength material, the two wall elements can then be connected to one another.

In the drawings, an embodiment of the invention is shown schematically in section. Show it :
 EMI1.1
Precast wall elements can be connected.

   According to FIG. 1, the prefabricated wall element has a filling - 2-, a cladding - 4--, a frame-like C-shaped channel profile --6-- and a diagonal strut indicated by dashed lines --8--.

Fig. 2 shows schematically in section two abutting wall elements according to the invention. The space surrounded by the C-shaped channel profiles - 20 and 22 - is filled with a hardening compound, for example with concrete, to connect the two prefabricated wall elements that are placed next to one another.
