Device for actuating acoustic signaling devices by means of the exhaust air from air suction pumps.
A device is described in patent no Exhaust air forces the acoustic signal device, for example a warning whistle, to escape.
According to the present invention, this device is designed in such a way that in the latter case, i. i. when the said Absporrorgan directs the exhaust air through the Signalvorrichtuug, on the one hand the connection between the snugsoite of the air suction pump and the main pipe is interrupted and ultimately blocked from the outside air and on the other hand the suction side of the air suction pump is connected to the outside air

amount significantly increased and thus also the sound intensity increased. The drawing shows an exemplary embodiment of the present device.
1 is the air suction pump connected to the exhaust line 2 and the line leading to the signaling device, 9, 12 is an exhaust valve under the action of a spring 13, which is connected by lever 14 and rod 15 to a hand lever M arranged in the driver's cab. To this extent, the present device corresponds to that according to the Stamm Patent No. 26L) 76.
A pipe 25 extends from the suction pipe 32 of the air suction pump leading to the main line pipe 2- / in which a shut-off device, according to the drawing a valve 27 on a seat 26, is arranged. This shut-off element is connected to the Hanù lever 16 by rod 28 and slots 29. In the snug pipe 22, a housing 23 with a check valve 24 is arranged between the main line pipe 21 and the pipe 25. However, the shut-off element 12 itself can also control the access of air to the pipe 25, for example by being designed as a slide with suitable channels.

organ on tube 25 open.
The outside air flowing into the latter closes the return, 'ontil 2-1, so that no outside air can reach the main line pipe and the air suction pump only pushes outside air into the pipe 9 and through the signaling device.

PATENT CLAIMS:
1. Device for actuating acoustic signaling devices by means of the exhaust air from air suction pumps according to patent no Allow exhaust air to pass through the signaling device, the second shut-off element connects the suction side of the air suction pump with the outside air, while at the same time a check valve closes the main line pipe against the suction side of the pump in order to achieve greater sound levels.
