Abstract

Ein zementgebundener Baustoff enthält recyclierten gebrannten Ton in Form von Ziegelsand und Ziegelsplitt als Zuschlagstoff, der aus Hochbau-Restmassen nach Aussortieren und Sieben gewonnen und klassiert wurde. Die Zusammensetzung umfasst etwa 15 Gew.-% Zementbindemittel inkl. Betonverflüssiger und etwa 85 Gew.-% Ziegelsand und Ziegelsplitt, einschließlich fremder Restmassenbestandteile, die insgesamt etwa 10 Gew.-% bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht betragen können. Ziegelsand und Ziegelsplitt ist in Korngruppen von 0/4 mm zu etwa 20 Gew.-%, von 4/8 mm zu 15 Gew.-%, von 8/16 mm zu 25 Gew.-%, von 16/32 mm zu 25 Gew.-% und Zement mit einer Körnung von 0 - 0,06 mm zu 15 Gew.-%, einschließlich Betonverflüssiger vorgesehen.
