Die Erfindung betrifft-einen Mischer, insbesondere verfahrbaren Mischer, zum Vermischen mindestens zweier Feststoffe mit einer Flüssigkeit unter Erhalt einer fliessfähigen, vorzugsweise pumpbaren Mischung, insbesondere eines Betonmörtels, mit einer in einem Mantel vorzugsweise konzentrisch rotierenden Misch- und Förderschnecke, wobei ein Feststoffeeintrags- Misch- und Förderabschnitt mit oberhalb davon angeordneter Feststoffezuführung und anschliessend daran ein Flüssigkeitszuführ-, Misch- und Förderabschnitt vorgesehen ist, in dem der Mantel mindestens einen Flüssigkeitsdurchtritt zum Einbringen von Flüssigkeit ins Mantelinnere aufweist.
Der erfindungsgemässe Mischer ist vor allem dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Feststoffezuführung jeweils einen Zuführtrichter mit unabhängig gesteuerter Dosiervorrichtung pro Feststoff aufweist.
Weitere Kennzeichen des erfindungsgemässen Mischers, die allein oder in Kombinationen verwirklicht sein können, sind die folgenden : Die Dosiervorrichtung für grobkörnigen Feststoff ist eine Zellradschleuse od. dgl. und die Dosiervorrichtung für. feinkörnigen Feststoff ist eine Förderschnecke.
Die Zuführung für grobkörnigen Feststoff ist in Förderrichtung vor der Zuführung für feinkörnigen Feststoff angeordnet.
Zwischen den Dosiervorrichtungen und dem Feststoffeeintragsabschnitt ist ein gemeinsamer Fallschacht für die Feststoffe vorgesehen.
Es ist eine zur Horizontalen ansteigende Förderrichtung vorgesehen, wobei der Anstiegswinkel vorzugsweise etwa 20 beträgt.
Der erfindungsgemässe Mischer ist vor allem zur Herstellung von Betonmörtel, insbesondere Leichtbetonmörtel, z. B. Styroporleichtbetonmörtel, vorgesehen, ist jedoch auch für andere Zwecke einsetzbar.
