Anordnung zur Befestigung einer Folienwicklung
EMI1.1

Arrangement for fastening a foil winding
EMI1.1
Fastening types cannot be used for fastening foil wraps. With these types of fastening, it is mainly a frontal compression of the winding, which is impermissible in the case of foil windings because of the sensitivity of the thin foils and therefore because of the risk of damage to the winding insulation. In order to nevertheless create a fixed support at the end and to enable a partial pressing of foil windings, it is known to encapsulate the end faces of the foil winding. This process is relatively complex because the areas to be poured in have to be cleaned with acid and neutralized. Furthermore, a vacuum treatment is also necessary before casting in order to remove water and air inclusions from the film winding.
It has also been proposed to create an end support for film windings by holding structural material, which simultaneously serves to form the main and scattering channels of the film winding, wider than the conductor and insulating film and protruding from the film winding on both sides. To fasten the foil winding, the end faces created in this way interact with spacer elements arranged outside the foil winding. However, this type of fastening is not particularly suitable for large film windings, because an actual fastening under the action of pressure is not possible here.
The purpose of the invention is to eliminate the disadvantages mentioned.
The object of the invention is to create a fastening in which the sensitive end faces of the foil winding are not subject to any stress.
According to the invention, one or more slotted rings or rings composed of several parts are arranged between the foil winding and the part of the electrical apparatus, with wedges driven in between the rings and the part of the electrical apparatus serving as fastening means
The foil windings or windings made of thin sheet metal are properly attached in this way without damage.
Further details of the invention emerge from the drawings, in which an exemplary embodiment is shown. Fig. 1 shows the fastening of a foil winding by means of internally engaging means in a front view in section and Fig. 2 shows the plan view of Fig. 1 in section.
