<Desc/Clms Page number 2>
feinem Zellstoff- bzw.
<Desc/Clms Page number 3>
B. 0, 2 cm.

The invention relates to new slippers or the like. For single use made of a textile-like material with a sole part and connected to it, the foot strap that encompasses the instep of the foot.
Such slippers are known in particular as guest slippers, protective cover slippers and also as bathing slippers, sauna slippers or the like.
It is now very important to pay special attention to foot hygiene for slippers intended for such purposes, whether in private surroundings or in public baths, saunas, hospitals, sports centers or the like.
This requirement will be met through the intended single use
Slippers met to a substantial extent, but it is questionable if the
The foot of the user in the slipper remains wet or even just damp for a long time, since in this environment the microorganisms are already there after a short time. Like. Reminds, multiply very quickly. So it is quick drying and sustainable
Of particular importance is keeping the foot dry.
It is known that the toe spaces, which are preferred, are particularly at risk
Areas of occurrence of skin fungi of all kinds are.
Last but not least, damp feet and toe spaces can also be removed
Due to the rapid multiplication of microorganisms, they make a major contribution to the development of unpleasant foot odors.
The quick drying and the subsequent permanent drying of the feet and the toe spaces is - as is known - e.g. B. especially important for diabetics.
The invention now relates to a slipper or the like. Of the type mentioned, which is characterized in that for drying and / or keeping the sole of the foot of the user and the toes, and toe spaces between the slippers, a sole part and a foot strap made of one Known disposable diaper material, the moisture- or liquid-permeable, highly absorbent wadding inner filling closing diaper material inner fleece film facing the foot of the user or his skin and the moisture or.
water-impermeable diaper material outer film is directed outwards that the slipper has, in addition to the sole part and the foot support band, a toe-holding part with its own toe loop for each toe, the loops on both sides of each toe being tied to the sole part and being made from a disposable diaper material , whose inner (fleece) film faces the toes.
New and in the sense of keeping the feet dry, especially in the bath, sauna, damp room hospital area or the like, is the use of a liquid-permeable material that is only used on one side for disposable diapers or for sanitary napkins, incontinence fleece or the like , on the other hand, however, liquid-impermeable non-woven padding material with a highly absorbent inner filling, in particular based on
<Desc / Clms Page number 2>
fine pulp or cotton material that does not release the liquid once it has been absorbed, even when pressure is exerted.
This is particularly important with slippers for the purposes stated above, since their sole parts are loaded with the weight of the user at every step.
The individual toe loops made of the same highly absorbent material enable particularly effective suction of moisture from the
Toe spaces and their sustainable draining and keeping dry.
To concretize how essentially the material of the new disposable
Slipper, please refer to the material of the disposable diapers of the "Pampers" brand.
In order to give the slipper a mechanical hold and a certain stability, it is advantageous if a frame is arranged inside the sole part along the edge thereof or a plastic frame strip is arranged along the left and right edge of the sole part.
In the case of two strips, as it turned out, it can be sufficient if the
Plastic frame strips each have shorter lengths I than the length 12 of the
Sole part corresponds.
The durability of the new slippers is ensured in a favorable way if it is ensured that the sole part is made of a disposable diaper material with a cotton filling with a greater thickness, preferably of 0.5 cm, and the foot strap and the
Toe loops are made from a disposable diaper material with a (cotton) inner lining with a smaller thickness, preferably of 0.2 cm.
To prevent the ingress of moisture or water from the side flanks of the
To prevent the sole part from getting inside, it is beneficial if the outside and the
Inner (non-woven) film of the sole part containing the plastic (frame) on both sides edges are glued together along the entire circumference thereof.
It is also important for single-use slippers that they do not tend to disintegrate during use. This is advantageously achieved in that the foot strap and the toe loops are tied to the sole part.
The invention is explained in more detail with reference to the drawing:
The figure shows the oblique view of a disposable slipper 1 according to the invention with sole part 2, foot strap 3 and the new toe-drying part 4 with the individual toe loops 41 to 45. All parts 2, 3 and 4 of the slipper 1 according to the invention are made from a disposable dry diaper material 5 ("Pampers" brand) and bonded together.
The diaper material 5 has a moisture-permeable nonwoven film 51 on the side from which the moisture is to be absorbed, and a moisture-impermeable film 52 is arranged on the other side. Between the two relatively thin foils
<Desc / Clms Page number 3>
51, 52 there is a much thicker layer 53 made of highly absorbent fiber material, usually based on cellulose.
The permeable "inner film" of the disposable diaper material 5 is directed towards the foot of the user or the skin of the slipper 1 in the sole part 2, in the foot strap 3 and in the novel toe loops 41 to 45.
It is also shown in the figure how plastic strips 21, 22 are arranged along the two side flanks of the sole part 2, which ensure an increased hold of the slipper 1. The lengths 121 and 122 of the stabilizing leads 21, 22 are less than the length 12 of the sole part 2, so the strips mentioned end at a distance of z. B. 3 cm in front of the heel and toe end of the sole part 2. However, a continuous frame can also be arranged along the edge circumference of the sole part 2 in its interior.
Finally, it is also shown that the material thickness d2 of the sole part 2 is greater than that of the foot strap 3 and the toe loops 41 to 45. The material thickness of the sole part 2 or that of the filling can be z. B. 0, 5 cm and the foot strap 3 and the toe loops 4 z. B. 0.2 cm.
