Description

 braucht.

  Spreaders for double plush looms.

The subject of the present invention is an exchangeable and hardened knife which is attached in the crank of a spreader for double plush hoofs and which serves to cut the strip of the double plush.

In the drawing, FIG. 1 shows a top view, FIG. 2 shows a side view and
 EMI1.1
 is held.

On the temple bracket g by means of the nose e and the screw f the temple f7 provided with a slot al on the transverse leg is fastened vertically displaceably, while the temple bracket g is screwed horizontally displaceably on the pile rail h by means of the slot hole i and the screw k on the pile rail h, so that both the guide (f with its knife b and the temple angle g can be adjusted as required.

The division of the double plush strip l takes place in such a way that by the stroke of the jade of the loom the goods stretched tightly on the temple a are pressed against the cutting edge c of the knife b so far that the strip can be grasped and cut by the same. This cut forms the beginning of the division of the rest of the Piüsch fabric, which is done by another knife (not shown here).

The effect of knife b with its cutting edge c is similar to that of wide holders with knife-like filed points, but the former offers considerable advantages over the previous embodiment and therefore constitutes a significant technical advance.

The wide holder for double plush suspension chair must not be hardened, since the position of its longer leg is temporarily changed. As a result, benefits
 EMI1.2
Put it down very quickly, it becomes slightly blunt and, instead of cutting the plush strip, / tears it. making the goods unsightly. Continued sharpening of the cutting surface also weakens the temple at the crank and, as a result, very soon becomes unusable.

This deficiency is completely eliminated by the present invention, because the hardened knife inserted into the crank of the temple has a long-lasting sharpness, as a result ensures an even, flawless cut at all times and can easily be replaced for the purpose of grinding without the temple, which
 EMI1.3
 needs.
