Mounting plate with plug-in valves for hydraulic and pneumatic controls
machinery
The invention relates to a mounting plate with plug-in valves for hydraulic and pneumatic controls on machines, the plug-in valves being attached to the mounting plate in an exchangeable manner via a base plate each provided with several line connections.
The invention is based on the object of designing such a mounting plate with plug-in valves in such a way that the plug-in valves can be easily and quickly exchanged for those with other functions. According to the invention, this is achieved in that all the base plates arranged on the mounting plate are designed uniformly, that uniform coupling elements are provided for all plug-in valves for detachable attachment to the base plates, that there are channels in the bodies of the plug-in valves that continue all or some of the line connections, and that a sealing ring is also inserted between each plug-in valve and the associated base plate, which has openings that match the number and position of the line connections in the base plates,
positioning pins are provided to ensure the correct position of the plug-in valves relative to the base plates.
Such a design enables plug-in valves that have a wide variety of functions to be inserted into the uniformly designed base plates. Since there are ducts in the bodies of the plug-in valves that continue all or some of the line connections, a quick, extremely easy-to-carry out function changeover on the machines to be controlled is made possible. Each plug-in valve that continues a certain number of the line connections provided in the uniform base plates can be exchanged for another plug-in valve that continues a different number or the same number but differently arranged line connections in the base plate.
In addition, it is also possible to use plug-in valves, which probably continue the same line connections, but have a different function with regard to the control of the machines. Because a sealing ring is also inserted between each plug-in valve and the associated base plate, which has openings that match the number and position of the line connections in the base plates, the sealing rings do not need to be removed from the base plate and replaced with others when the function is not changed. The position pins secure the plug-in valves in the correct position relative to the base plates and thus ensure the continuation of the corresponding line connections through the channels in the bodies of the plug-in valves.
Advantageously, the sealing ring can be provided on both sides with beads that engage in countersinks in the body of the plug-in valves and the base plates. This ensures a particularly good seal between the base plate and the plug valve body, u. also when certain line connections are not continued through the channels provided in the plug-in valve body, especially since in this case the bead is particularly largely deformed so that it is pressed snugly against the plug-in valve body over a large sealing area. Furthermore, the plug-in valves can be mounted on the front of the mounting plate and all lines can be laid on the back of this plate. This enables a particularly clear and space-saving arrangement of the plug-in valves on the mounting plate.
An exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown in the drawing. Fig. 1 shows a plug-in valve attached to the mounting plate in partial section. Fig. 2 is a section along line A-A in Fig. 1, Fig. 3 shows the sealing ring provided between the plug-in valve and the base plate in plan view and in section. 4 shows, in a sectional view, the arrangement of the sealing ring between the plug-in valve and the base plate with the line connection continued into the plug-in valve via the opening in the sealing ring. Fig. 5 shows the mounting plate provided with the plug-in valves in perspective.

The uniformly formed circular base plates 1 of all plug-in valves 7 fastened to the mounting plate 3 are firmly screwed to the mounting plate by means of a clamping ring 2 each. A position pin 4 is pressed into the base plate 1 and engages in a position notch 5 of the mounting plate. To ensure the correct position of the plug-in valves 7 with respect to the base plates 1, additional positioning pins 6 are provided which engage in notches 8 of the optionally used plug-in valves 7, whereby the correct position of the plug-in valves 7 used is given with respect to the base plates. A sealing ring 9 is inserted between each plug-in valve 7 and the associated base plate 1 and has openings 10, the number and position of which correspond to the line connections 15, 16.
The sealing ring is provided on both sides with beads 11, 11 '(FIG. 4), which engage in countersinks 11 "in the body of the plug-in valve 7 and the base plate 1 and provide a reliable and pressure-tight seal when the plug-in valve is placed on the base plate. For all plug-in valves 7, uniform coupling elements 13, 14 are provided for releasable attachment to the base plates 1. The coupling elements consist of a two-part retaining ring 13, which is inserted into a groove 12 provided on the plug-in valve, and a union nut 14 by means of which the plug-in valve is pressure-tight on the base plate In the bodies of the plug-in valves there are channels which continue all or some of the line connections 15, 16 provided in the base plate 1.
All of the lines 16 ′ leading to the line connections 15, 16 are laid on the rear side of the mounting plate 3. The plug-in valves 7 are mounted on the front of this plate.
The mounting plate 3 can, for example, have a sheet thickness of approximately 5 mm. For magnetically operated valves 18, 18 '(FIG. 5), a central electrical distributor 19 for the cable connection can be provided directly on the mounting plate 3. For manually operated plug-in valves, these each have an adjusting knob 17.
