Description
<Desc/Clms Page number 1>
Löffel für Baumaschinen
EMI1.1
<Desc/Clms Page number 2>

<Desc / Clms Page number 1>
Buckets for construction machinery
EMI1.1
<Desc / Clms Page number 2>
The digging movement in the earth rolls over this curved surface-9-so that the scoop is prevented from seizing in unfavorable soil, because the cutting tooth-7-carries out an upward movement with corresponding leverage.
As Fig. 5 shows, the receiving body is provided with a bore --10-- in the longitudinal direction, into which the cutting tooth - 11 - with its insert piece - 10a - is inserted and with the aid of a transverse bolt --12-- is connected to the receiving body. This enables the cutting tooth to be exchanged easily.
The cutting tooth has a chisel shape. So that the chisel is carried by the receiving body as securely as possible and with a certain guidance, the receiving body is provided with wedge or conical surfaces - 13, 14 - on its front part. The rear part of the cutting tooth has a corresponding training.
EMI2.1
The cheek surfaces - 3 - of the spoon are tapered towards the rear in order to reduce the friction with the soil as much as possible.
In the embodiment shown in FIG. 4, the receiving body - 5b - is arranged under the front floor part - 16 - of the curved floor. The type of attachment of the cutting tooth is the same as in the embodiment according to FIGS. 1 to 3. Also in the embodiment according to FIG. 4, the center line - 17 - runs in the direction of the center line - 18 - of the curved bottom.
PATENT CLAIMS:
1. Bucket for construction machinery with a bottom that is concave in the working direction, with several chisel-shaped cutting teeth being arranged on the front edge of the bottom, which are held by receiving bodies
EMI2.2
The cutting teeth adjoin the center line (8) of the curved bottom (2) in the receiving body continuously and according to a tangent, this tangent running parallel to the working direction, the outer surface (9) of the receiving bodies (5, 5a, 5b) being streamlined in the working direction and that each receiving body (5, 5a, 5b) has a bore (10) for the introduction of the insert piece (10a) of the cutting tooth (7).
