<Desc/Clms Page number 2>

Detachable connection point for solid-insulated components
The invention relates to a detachable connection point for solid-insulated components, in particular for components of cast resin-insulated high-voltage systems provided with a metallic earth covering.
It is known to assemble solid-insulated components into electrical systems by the
Components have contact devices at their ends that are plugged into one another and clamped together. The tensioning takes place by means of tensioning screws that are held in flanges attached to the components.
These known arrangements have the disadvantage that an inevitably uniform
Bracing of the components is not possible. This disadvantage is particularly important when
Contact connection known press cones are used, which are arranged in a slotted contact sleeve, wherein the press cones are pressed into the slotted contact sleeve by means of screw bolts and thus achieve a conductive connection between the two components by spreading the contact sleeve. Slotted contact sleeves with an outer jacket in the form of a double cone are also used, the jacket surfaces being braced with the two components by pressing the contact elements into the slots of the contact sleeve.
It is particularly disadvantageous that the contact pressure which is generated by the screw bolt acting as a rigid element is reduced as a result of the longitudinal expansions occurring as a result of the heating. In addition, this design requires access to the screw bolt through the conductor, so that it is particularly disadvantageous that, for example, a mounted busbar section cannot be separated at any connection point without additional loosening of further connection points.
Plug connections are also known in which each of the contact elements connected to the conductor ends can be moved against the force of a compression spring when the components are coupled.
Furthermore, connection points for current-carrying conductors, which consist of tubes, are known in which the two parts to be connected are sealed by means of a threaded sleeve and threaded rings. The bracing, however, is achieved by the contact device, which consists of an inner sleeve that is screwed into the internal thread of the conductor. However, this connection point has the disadvantage that the contact device cannot be used to connect solid-insulated components, since it does not compensate for the longitudinal expansions that occur when heated.
The purpose of the invention is to avoid the uneven tensioning of the components and the reduction of the contact pressure as a result of thermal expansion and to enable the separation of an assembled busbar at any connection point.
The invention is therefore based on the object of creating a detachable connection point for solid-insulated components in which the components are inevitably evenly braced, while at the same time the contact pressure between the press cones and the contact sleeve or between the contact sleeve and the current-carrying conductor is always uniform.
<Desc / Clms Page number 2>
According to the invention, the object is achieved in that a compression spring is arranged in the end-drilled conductor ends between the press cone and the bottom of the hole, which when the
Components automatically readjusts the contact pressure as a result of heating.
The invention also consists in the fact that for bracing the connection point metallic
Threaded rings are used which are screwed into a metallic threaded sleeve and, according to the invention, transmit the tensioning force for pressing the press cone in the slotted contact sleeve via annular springs which are mounted in the insulation of the conductor ends of the components.
Another feature of the invention is that an elastic insulating material ring, preferably a rubber ring, is arranged at the connection point between the insulation of the components to be connected and is held by two limiting rings located between the insulation of the components and the metallic threaded sleeve. This prevents the rubber ring from squeezing over the edges of the solid insulation when the components are clamped.
In addition, a feature of the invention is that in systems in which the insulation is provided with a metallic earth covering, this is not interrupted at the connection point. This is achieved according to the invention in that the metallic threaded ring is provided on the inside with a groove in which a polygonally curved contact spring is inserted, which rests on both the soil and the threaded ring and frictionally secures the threaded ring against automatic loosening.
The advantage of the solution according to the invention is that the components are inevitably evenly braced and the contact pressure between the pressing cones and the contact sleeve and between the contact sleeve and the current-carrying conductor is almost evenly present and automatically regulated by the compression springs arranged according to the invention. In addition, this arrangement ensures an electrical field that is continuous everywhere and a quick release of the connection point without opening subsequent connection points. Of the. The advantage of the solution according to the invention is, in particular, that the contact device absorbs longitudinal thermal expansions without any particular effort.
The invention will be explained in more detail below using an exemplary embodiment. The accompanying drawing shows a longitudinal section through a detachable connection point.
