Schnellkupplung, für mit Kupplungsbolzen versehene Anbaugeräte an Schlepper mit Hydraulik
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Schnellkupplung für mit Kupplungsbolzen versehene Anbaugeräte an Schlepper mit Hydraulik, an deren beiden unteren Lenkern die Lagerungen für die Kupplung mit dem Anbaugerät befestigbar sind und aus zwei, durch einen Distanzhalter verbundenen Lagerungen für die beiden seitlichen Kupplungsbolzen des Anbaugerätes bestehen, über welchen schräg geneigte Zuführungsgleitflächen zur automatischen Bolzeneinführung bei der Rückwärtsfahrt des Schleppers und hydraulischen Anhebung dessen Lenker vorgesehen sind nach Patent Nr. 250083.
Das Wesen dieser Schnellkupplung besteht also darin, eine an die Lenker handelsüblicher Schlepper leicht befestigbare Lagerung für die seitlichen Kupplungsbolzen des Anbaugerätes zu schaffen, die sowohl deren Einführung als auch die Fixierung dieser Kupplung im Einmannbetrieb gestattet.
Nun tritt aber, namentlich bei der Kupplung von Beetpflügen, die Forderung hinzu, die Achse der Lagerungen sowohl in der vertikalen als auch horizontalen Richtung geringfügig zu verstellen, um einer für den Pflugvorgang erforderlichen Schrägstellung der seitlichen Kupplungsbolzen des Beetpfluges Rechnung tragen zu können. Falls die Lagerungen aus Halbzylinderschalen bestehen, würde bei Schrägstellung des Beetpfluges keine satte Lagerung der seitlichen Kupplungsbolzen des Beetpfluges in den Lagerungen der Schnellkupplung mehr möglich sein, falls die Lagerungen im Lagerungsgehäuse starr befestigt sind und sich daher dieser, wenn auch geringfügigen Schrägstellung der seitlichen Kupplungsbolzen nicht anpassen können.
In diesem Fall würde statt einer flächenförmigen Lagerung nur mehr eine linienförmige Lagerung eintreten, die sowohl einen grösseren Verschleiss der Lagerschalen als auch eine unbefriedigende exakte Führung des Anbaugerätes zur Folge hätte.
Um diesen Nachteil zu vermeiden, sind erfindungsgemäss die Lagerungen für die seitlichen Kupplungsbolzen des Anbaugerätes in einer, in einem Kugelgehäuse begrenzt verstellbaren Kugel ausgenommen. Die oberen Ränder dieser Lagerung in der Kugel sind zweckmässigerweise durch Ausnehmungen beiderseitig trichterförmig abgeschrägt, um auch bei geringfügiger Schrägstellung der Lagerungskugel vor dem Kupplungsvorgang die Einführung der beiden seitlichen Kupplungsbolzen des Anbaugerätes in den durch die Kugelausnehmung gebildeten Einfahrungskanal in die Lagerungen zu erleichtern.
