Drahtgitter

B. in Höhenrichtung, in unmittelbarer Reihenfolge verlaufenden Abbiegungen-1, 2- verschieden lang.

Wire mesh
Wire mesh are known in countless designs with different types and proportions of the mesh. So there is also one with a U-shaped bent protruding lattice part, but in which only the head of the U-loop, u. zw. Spatial, is bent to form a hinge through which spatial bending only the use of a thin wire is possible. The invention relates to a further development in which the head and foot, in the wire direction, are bent in a plane parallel to the lattice plane. Wires of all strengths, even rods, can therefore be used, which is not possible with spatial turning in the known way.
The wire lattice according to the invention, the mesh of which is essentially formed from two sets of parallel wire legs lying in one plane and provided with interlocking bends, is essentially characterized in that the two interlocking bends each have a mesh to the same side out of the plane of the wire grid are bent out at an angle in a plane parallel to the grid plane. The invention also relates to details of such a grid.
The drawings show schematically a grating according to the invention in a plan view, in FIG. 3 with bends of unequal length, in FIG. 1 with bends of equal length, the side view of which is illustrated in FIG.
The wire mesh shown has meshes which are essentially formed from two sets of parallel wire legs lying in one plane and provided with interlocking bends. According to the invention, the two interlocking bends -2, 4- are each bent out of a mesh to the same side at an angle from the plane of the wire mesh into a

--1-- are bends - 2, 1- each of the same length. According to Fig. 3, all are in the same direction, e.g. B. in the direction of height, in the immediate sequence running turns-1, 2- of different lengths.
Different mesh patterns according to the invention result from the choice of the direction and also the length of the sections. Two adjacent pieces of wire shaped in this way - l - are inserted into one another in a parallel position to form the grid. The roughly U-shaped bent part of the one piece of wire-l-encloses the roughly identical part of the adjacent one at the beginning-4-of its bend (FIGS. 1 and 3). The vertical wire parts-1, 2- are bent flat out of the grid plane at the enclosing point --4-. As a result, the vertical lattice level can remain undisturbed despite the enclosure --4--.
According to the invention, the tension wire is unnecessary, since the wire part 3 replaces the tension wire.
It can wire sizes of z. B. 0.1 to 10 mm or more use, the grille can still be rolled up.
