   Der Viellochstein --1-- gemäss Fig.1 weist in bekannter Weise eine Anzahl von Hohlräumen   - 2   und   4-auf,   die sich gegenseitig überlappend angeordnet sind. Die Hohlräume --2--, die nahe den Aussenflächen liegen, sind mit einem geschäumten Kunststoff --3-- gefüllt. Die Hohlräume --4-- im Mittelbereich des   Bausteines-l-bleiben luftgefüllt.   



   In Fig. 2 ist ein Schalungsstein --5-- dargestellt, dessen äussere   Wandplatte --6-- die     Hohlräume --7-- aufweist,   die mit dem geschäumten   Kunststoff --3-- festhaftend gefüllt   sind. Die Hohlraumfläche soll dabei einen möglichst grossen Teil der Schalungsplattre --6-- betragen. 



   Die Fig. 3 zeigt die Anwendung des Erfindungsgedankens bei Wandplatten. In der Wandplatte - sind über die gesamte Längserstreckung Hohlräume --9-- angeordnet, die mit dem geschäumten   Kunststoff-3--in erssndungsgemässer   Weise gefüllt sind.
