Einrichtung zur Bildung von Gefachen an Ladentischen,
Regalen oder sonstigen Platten
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Einrichtung zur Bildung von Gefachen an Ladentischen, Regalen oder sonstigen Platten mit am vorderen und hinteren Rand der Platte parallel zu diesen Rändern angebrachten, als Hohlformstab mit einem Schlitz mit rechteckigem Querschnitt ausgebildeten Randschienen, die mit vorzugsweise rechteckigen Einstecköffnungen zur Aufnahme der Einsteckzungen von Gefachwandhaltern versehen sind, deren über der Zunge bzw. der Randschiene liegender oberer Teil zur Aufnahme der Stirnränder der Gefachwände U-förmig gestaltet ist.
Insbesondere bezieht sich die Erfindung auf Einrichtungen mit Randschienen für solche Platten oder Gefache, wie sie in Fachgeschäften und bei Werkstättenausrüstungen verwendet werden, um einen Tisch oder ein Regal bzw. eine Platte in Fächer für verschiedene Waren zu unterteilen oder mit niedrigen Begrenzungswänden zu versehen.
Zur Bildung von Fächern an Regalen oder Platten sowie zur Herstellung von Gestellen für andere notwendigen Zubehörteile, wie z. B. Preisschilder od. dgl., war es bisher notwendig, in das Regal oder in eine Platte eine grosse Anzahl von Löchern zu bohren. Da sich dies bei jeder Änderung wiederholte, war dieses Vorgehen aufwendig und umständlich. Ausserdem sind hiebei zur Anbringung von Begrenzungswänden z. B. in Form von Glaswänden od. dgl. besondere Eckpfosten an den Gefachen notwendig.
Auch zur gegenseitigen Befestigung von Zwischenwänden an ihren Stossstellen sind besondere Halter erforderlich.
Fernerhin sind Einrichtungen zur Bildung von Gefachen an Ladentischen usw. bekanntgeworden, welche Randschienen mit Hohlprofilen aufweisen, in welche Stirnwände direkt eingesetzt sind. Bei einer diesbezüglichen bekannten Konstruktion sind in eine nach oben offene Randschiene eine Stirnwand und Haltemittel für quer dazu liegende Gefachwände in Form von Drahtklammern eingesteckt. Eine andere bekannte Lösung sieht vor, dass die in die Randschiene eingesetzte Stirnwand durch eine in einer Ausnehmung der Randschiene gelagerte Blattfeder festgehalten wird. Zur Halterung der Gefachwände hat die Randschiene ein Querprofil zum Einstecken von Gefachwandhaltern.
In ähnlicher Weise ist bei einer fernerhin bekannten Randschiene das Querprofil zum Einstecken der Gefachwandhalter dadurch gegeben, dass die Randschiene aus einer ebenen und einer damit verschweissten Platte wellblechähnlichen Profils besteht. Diese Schiene weist allerdings kein Hohlprofil auf, so dass das Einsetzen einer Stirnwand in die Randschiene nicht möglich ist. Die Randschiene kann also nur zusammen mit einer gesonderten Stirnwand zur Bildung von Regalen verwendet werden, was einen offensichtlichen Nachteil darstellt.
Auch die beiden andern erwähnten Konstruktionen genügen den heutigen Anforderungen nicht. In einem Fall muss zur Verschiebung einer Gefachwand die in die Randschiene eingesetzte Stirnwand entfernt werden, wodurch auch alle andern Gefachwände nicht mehr fixiert sind. Im andern Fall kann die Randschiene nicht stirnseitig an einer senkrechten Fläche angebracht werden (braucht also einen Rücksprung, wie z. B. an einer Tischplatte), wenn nicht auf eine rasche und gründliche Reinigung der Gefache verzichtet werden soll. Des weiteren ist die Konstruktion der genannten Schiene sowie der entsprechenden Gefachwandhalter aufwendig und daher die Herstellung teuer. Auch ist die Lage der Gefachwände der Randschiene gegenüber hier nicht beliebig variierbar, was an den Ecken der Regale Schwierigkeiten ergibt.

Demgegenüber ist die Erfindung dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in den Schlitz der Randschiene eine in Längsrichtung des Schlitzes bewegliche Profilleiste eingeschoben ist, die in Abständen von einander Nuten aufweist, wobei diese jeweils zusammen mit der Innenfläche der der offenen Seite der Nut zugewendeten Wandung der Randschiene eine Einstecköffnung zur Aufnahme der Zunge des Gefachwandhalters bilden.
Durch die Erfindung werden also Eckpfosten und Bohrungen in den Platten, gleichgültig welche Art von Platten oder Gefachen verwendet werden, überflüssig gemacht, die sonst noch angeführten Nachteile vermieden sowie eine Einrichtung geschaffen, die den heutigen hohen Anforderungen und Wünschen weitestgehend angepasst ist und zugleich zur Anbringung zusätzlicher Teile, wie z. B. von Preisschildern, verwendet werden kann.
Nachstehend ist die Erfindung an Hand der in den Zeichnungen als Beispiele dargestellten Ausführungsformen näher erläutert.

Wie aus Fig. 1 und 2 ersichtlich ist, ist am vorderen Rand einer Konsolplatte 1 eine Randschiene 2a, 2b angebracht, in der in gleichen Abständen voneinander Einstecköffnungen 3 rechteckiger Form angeordnet sind. Eine ebensolche Randschiene ist an dem nicht dargestellten hinteren Rand des Ladentisches bzw. der Platte 1 angebracht. Die Einstecköffnungen 3 dienen zur Aufnahme von Einsteckzungen, die an Gefachwandhaltern 4 und 5 befestigt sind. Diese Gefachwandhalter sind in ihrem oberen Teil zum Umfassen des Randes der jeweiligen, nicht dargestellten Gefachwand nach Art von U-förmigen Klammern ausgebildet. Es sind zwei Arten von Gefachwandhaltern vorgesehen, die jeweils in Fig. 7 und 8 dargestellt sind und von denen der Gefachwandhalter nach Fig. 7, z.
B. entsprechend dem Halter 5 nach Fig. l, zur Anbringung von Gefachwänden parallel zu der Rand- schiene und der Gefachwandhalter nach Fig. 8 entsprechend dem Halter 4 nach Fig. 1 zur Anbringung von Gefachwänden dienen, die rechtwinkelig zu den Randschienen verlaufen.
In Fig. 3 und 4 sind zwei verschiedene Ausführungsformen der Randschiene dargestellt. Die Randschiene 2a nach Fig. 3 ist für eine Konsolplatte gemäss Fig. 1 bestimmt, die auf zwei von einer Wand vorstehenden Konsolen 6 aufliegt, die an ihrer Vorder- und Hinterkante durch Stäbe miteinander verbunden sind. Die Randschiene 2a weist einen rechteckigen Hohlquerschnitt auf, der oben durch eine teilweise offene Wand 7 überdeckt ist. An der Rückseite ist die Randschiene mit einem Winkelflansch 8 versehen, der mit seinem einen waagrechten Schenkel 9 ein Auflagerfür die Konsolplatte 1 bildet, die z. B. aus einer Glasplatte 10 bestehen kann.
Der andere senkrechte Schenkel 11 des Flansches bildet zusammen mit dem hinteren Wandungsteil der Randschiene 2a und der Unterseite des waagrechten Schenkels 9 eine Nut 13 zur Aufnahme des nicht dargestellten vorderen Verbindungsstabes der Konsolen 6.
In den Schlitz 14 der Randschiene 2a wird eine Profilleiste entsprechend Fig. 5 eingesetzt.
Diese Profilleiste hat solche äusseren Abmessungen, dass sie in den Hohlraum mit Gleitsitz eingeschoben werden kann, und ist in gleichmässigen Abständen mit senkrechten Nuten 15 versehen. Die drei senkrechten Begrenzungsflächen jeder Nut 15 bilden zusammen mit der der Nut zugewendeten Innenfläche der vorderen Wandung 16 der Randschienen jeweils einen Hohlraum zum Einstecken der Zunge 22 oder 24 eines der Gefachwandhalter, wie sie in Fig. 7 - 9 dargestellt sind. Diese Zunge wird in den Schlitz 17 zwischen dem oberen waagrechten Rand 7 und der Innenfläche der Vorderwand 16 der Randschiene 2a eingesteckt.
Die Ausführungsform der Randschiene 2b nach Fig. 2 und 4 unterscheidet sich von der bisher beschriebenen Ausführungsform im wesentlichen nur dadurch, dass an ihrer hinteren Wandung statt des in Fig. 3 gezeigten Winkelflansches 8 ein gezahnter, federartiger Ansatz 18 angebracht ist.
