Stairway, which is built from prefabricated treads and seating surfaces, in particular artificial stone boards, and is back-cast with concrete or the like
Prefabricated stairs are known. They mostly consist of separately manufactured tread and seat surfaces and cheeks that are cast together with these parts. While the previously known staircase is mostly formed by a cheek construction, the staircase according to the invention relates differently to a construction with a support plate, which is improved by partially protruding into the running boards, since this reduces the overall thickness of the flight of stairs. It saves around 30,000 of material on the barrel and also reduces the weight of the stairs.

The invention relates to a flight of stairs, which is made up of prefabricated treads and seating surfaces, in particular artificial stone boards, and is back-cast with concrete or the like, and consists in that the lower edge of the footboard reaching into the support plate, with the exception of both of them, into the Cheeks reaching ends is beveled parallel to the lower running surface, whereby the thickness of the support plate, measured as a vertical distance from the lower running surface, is partially moved into the running board, to reduce the total thickness of the staircase.

As an example embodiment, the drawings show schematically a flight of stairs according to the invention, in FIG. 1 in side view and in FIG. 2 in horizontal section A-B.

The flight of stairs shown is made up of prefabricated tread and seating surfaces 2, 3, in particular artificial stone boards, and backed with concrete or the like. It essentially consists of the iron-concrete support plate 6 and a facing made of artificial stone, the boards 2, 3. To reduce the material, 6 recesses 8 can be provided in the concrete wedge of the plate.

According to the invention, the lower edge of the footboard 2 reaching into the support plate 6, with the exception of its two ends extending into the cheeks, is beveled parallel to the lower running surface 4. As a result, the thickness of the support plate 6, as a vertical distance from the lower running surface

When producing this flight of stairs, the covering 2, 3 can be placed at the bottom of the molding box in the correct spatial position, then steel and concrete are introduced, preferably the latter is shaken in, whereupon the top concrete layer 4, which forms the bottom view of the built-in flight of stairs 1, is still fine in the molding box is plastered and rubbed in, so that it only needs to be painted after installation of barrel 1. The artificial stone boards 2, 3 form the formwork of the run 1. Thus, the staircase according to the invention, which has a lower overall thickness and is lighter than conventional staircases, is also particularly easy to manufacture.
