device, which is attached to the base body 10 and connected to a connection terminal. The contact lever 15 passes through an opening 222 which is provided at one end of a pin 223, the other end of which extends into a chamber 220 provided in the base body 10. This chamber is open on the side facing away from the contact lever 15, but is connected in the direction of the contact lever with a through hole 226 through which the pin 223 has play. The pin 223 is provided at the lower end with a stop 224 on which a thermally insulating washer 225 rests.
A compression spring 221 is arranged between this insulating washer and the upper part of the chamber 220, the purpose of which is to press the pin 223 downwards, whereby a good coupling or connection between the end 15 ′ of the conductive contact lever 15 and the seat or slot 30 the plate 29, which carries the contact lever 15, is ensured. The spring 221 is thus thermally insulated from the conductive parts through which the current flows, namely from the contact lever 15. This prevents the spring 221 from being heated and consequently changing its properties, u. even if the temperature of the contacts 32 and therefore also that of the surrounding contact structure should increase in an exceptional manner.
Of course, various changes and variants of the embodiment described, be it in its entirety or in its various constructional details, can be made by the person skilled in the art, depending on the practical requirements, without departing from the scope of the invention.
PATENT CLAIMS:
1. An electrical switch in which a spring generating the contact pressure is thermally and electrically insulated by an insulating piece from the movable contact or its contact lever, characterized in that the movable contact lever (15) is carried by one end of a through pin (223) is, the other end of which extends into a provided in the switch body (10), the spring (221) delivering the contact pressure and on its open to the side facing away from the contact lever towards the chamber (220), while in the direction of the contact lever only one from Through hole (226) penetrated through the pin (223) is provided in the switch base body, the spring being supported on the pin (223) via a thermally insulating intermediate layer (225).
