Extraction system for cutting machine tools with tool slides moving back and forth, in particular for
Woodworking machines
The invention relates to an extraction system for cutting machine tools with tool slides moving back and forth, in particular for woodworking machines, such as. B. S cher and fine cut saws with movable saw carriage.
Machines of this type are known in which a trough connected to the customary chip suction extends along the path of movement of the tool slide, the top of which is covered by a belt which leaves the outlet of the chip collecting device on the tool slide and which runs back and forth over the trough is. In these known machines, the tool slide is driven by means that are also used in machines without chip extraction.
With the invention, the drive of the tool slide is considerably simplified and made cheaper by the fact that, according to the invention, the belt is firmly connected to the chip collecting device of the tool slide and serves to transmit the power of a drive motor for the reciprocating movement to the tool slide. As a result, a drive of the tool slide is by itself, for. B. by threaded spindle and traveling nut, superfluous and there are no sensitive drive parts in the area of contamination by chips.
The invention allows a wide variety of possible designs. One of these is shown in the drawings. 1 shows a side view of a saw table with a movable tool, FIG. 2 shows a diagrammatic representation of the trough, FIG. 3 shows the saw table according to FIG. 1 in a front view, FIG. 4 shows a diagrammatic representation of the suction channel and the connection point of the chip collecting device with the rotating one Tape.
EMI1.1
Troughs 3 are bent inwards in such a way that they form the bearing surface 3a or 3b and leave a narrow slot 14 between them. At the side of the trough 3 is a nozzle 4 to which the suction is connected. At the ends of the trough 3, rollers 5 are rotatably mounted in bearing arms 6.
The endless belt 7 is placed around the rollers 5 and rests on the support surfaces 3a or 3b and closes the trough 3 at the top. The chip collecting device 10 arranged on the movable saw carriage 9 is connected to the belt 7 via a flange 8 and a connecting piece 13. The chips cut off by the saw blade 11 fall into the chip collecting device 10 and are then drawn into the trough 3 via the nozzle 13.
The drive motor 12 for the saw 11 can at the same time drive a suction fan which is additionally arranged on the saw carriage 9, by means of which a particularly favorable suction is achieved on the saw.
The drive acting on one of the rollers 5 for the belt 7 and thus for the tool slide 9 is not shown.
