Diese soll die beim Herabnehmen der Mäntel u. dgl. von den Kleider- haken auftretenden Übetstände beseitigen, die insbesondere dann auftreten, wenn die Kleiderhaken oder-ständer nicht in genügender Anzahl vorhanden sind, so dass mehrere Überröcke auf einen Haken übereinander gehängt werden müssen. In diesem Falle ist es notwendig, soferne man einen zu unterst hängenden Überrock abnehmen will, vorerst die oberen Kleidungsstücke vom Haken herabzunehmen. Dieser Vorgang bringt einerseits mannigfache Unbequemlichkeiten mit sich, andererseits können die Kleider hiebei leicht zu Roden fallen und dadurch beschmutzt werden.
