  Abzugsvorrichtung für   Kratzenrauhmaschlnen.   



   Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Abzugsvorrichtung für Rauhmaschinen, bei welcher das Wesentliche darin besteht, dass die Abzugswalze und die Zuführungswalze durch ein Wechselgetriebe, unter Einschaltung eines Kegel- oder Friktionstriebes, derart   zwanglilnfig   verbunden sind, dass eine gegenseitige Geschwindigkeitsänderung beider Walzen in sehr feinen Grenzen möglich ist. 



   Die Erfindung ist durch die Zeichnungen in zwei beispielsweisen Ausführungsformen dargestellt. 



   Bei der Ausführung nach Fig. 1 (Seitenansicht) und Fig. 2 (Grundriss) erfolgt der Antrieb der Warontransportwalze 1 vom Tambour aus mittels der Stufenscheiben 3, 4 und 
 EMI1.1 
 übertragen und von diesen mittels der Zahnräder 12, 13, 14 auf die Transportwalze 2, deren Geschwindigkeit mit Bezug auf die der Transportwalze 1 veränderbar sein soll. 



  Durch Verschiebung des die Konoiden verbindenden Riemens kann nun mit dem   denkbar     höchsten   Genauigkeitsgrad dio Drehung   der Transportwalze während   des Ganges der Maschine bceinflusst bezw. nach Erfordernis die Warenspannung geregelt werden. 



   Die zweite Ausführungsform ist durch die Fig. 3-5 veranschaulicht und ist Fig. 3 eine Seitenansicht, Fig. 4 ein Grundriss, Fig. 5 eine Endansicllt. 



   Der Antrieb der Transportwalze 1 erfolgt mittels der   Stufenscheibe      o,   4 und der   Zahnräder 15, 16.   Das Zahnrad 16 greift in das Zwischenrad 17 und dieses in das auf der yole der Transportwalze 2 lose angeordnete Zahnrad 18, dessen Drehung mittels des   Zahnrades 79 auf   das Zahnrad   20   der federnd niedergedrückten Kegelscheibe 21 übertragen wird, die mittels des Riemens 22 die   Kegelscheibe 85 antreibt.   Auf der Welle der   Kege) scheibo 25   ist das Zahnrad 24 befestigt, welches mit dein fest auf der Welle der Transportwalze 2 angeordneten Zahnrad 25 in Eingriff steht. Durch Verschiebung des Riemens 22 kann auch hier die Feinregulierung der Transportwalzengeschwindigkeit bewirkt werden. 



   Selbstverständlich kann die beschriebene Einrichtung auch für die andere Transportwalze 1 vorgesehen sein.
