Gerät zum Auftragen von Reinigungs-und Pflegemitteln
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Gerät zum Auftragen von Reinigungs-und Pflegemitteln, welches mannigfaltige Verwendungsmöglichkeiten, so z. B. als Handbürste zum Händewaschen, bietet.
Zu diesem Zwecke weist das Gerät erfindungsgemäss einen das aufzutragende Reinigungs-oder Pflegemittel aufnehmenden Behälter auf, in welchem eine bei seiner Bewegung über die zu behandelnde Fläche an dieser abrollende, mit dem Mittel in Berührung stehende, Auftragseinrichtung, z. B. eine Bür-' sten-oder Schwammgummiwalze, drehbar gelagert ist. Zweckmässig ist im Behälter eine das aufzutragende Mittel gegen die Auftragseinrichtung drückende Feder vorgesehen. Bei Anordnung einer Bürstenwalze als Auftragseinrichtung kann diese mit in Abständen voneinander entlang der Walzenachse angeordneten Lamellenscheiben als Auflage für das aufzutragende Mittel versehen sein.
In der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel des erfindungsgemässen Gerätes dargestellt. Es zeigen Fig. l das Gerät im axialen Längsschnitt und Fig. 2 einen Schnitt nach der Linie IL-IL der Fig. l.
Das Gerät besteht aus einem behälterartigen Gehäuse 1 zur Aufnahme eines Seifenstückes 2, einem das Gehäuse abschliessenden Deckel 3 sowie einer im Gehäuse drehbar gelagerten Bürstenwalze 4. An den Seitenwänden des Gehäuses 1 sind in mehreren Höhenabständen voneinander Rasternasen 5 vorgesehen, an denen sich eine die Seife 2 gegen die Bürstenwalze 4 drückende Blattfeder 6 abstützt. Als Auflage für die Seife 2 dienen Lamellenscheiben 8, welche in Abständen voneinander auf der Welle 7 der Bürstenwalze 4 angeordnet sind.
Zwecks Ermöglichung einer handlichen Führung des Gerätes ist das Gehäuse 1 an seiner Breitseite mit einer Vertiefung 9 und einem an diese anschliessenden Vorsprung 10 versehen, an dem sich beim Halten des Gerätes ein in der Vertiefung 9 ruhender Finger, vorzugsweise der Daumen, der Hand des Benützers, abstützt.
Mit dem erfindungsgemässen Gerät wird in folgender Weise gearbeitet :
Nach Abnehmen des Deckels 3 wird das Gehäuse 1 mit einer Hand ergriffen und mit der Bürstenwalze 4, allenfalls nachdem sie in Wasser eingetaucht wurde, über die nasse andere Hand quer zur Achse der Walze geführt. Dabei rollt die Bürste an der Seife ab und trägt die von ihr abgenommenen Teilchen auf der Hand auf. Ist dies in genügendem Masse erfolgt, wird die Bürstenwalze in der Richtung ihrer Längsachse über die Hand geführt, wobei keine Drehung der Walze und damit auch keine weitere Seifenabnahme erfolgt und die Wirkung der Bürste der einer normalen Handbürste gleicht.
Ist der Verbrauch der Seife so weit fortgeschritten, dass unterhalb des augenblicklich zur Abstützung der Feder 6 dienenden Rasternasenpaares das nächstliegende Paar freigelegt und die Spannkraft der Feder nicht mehr ausreichend ist, wird diese unter das zuletzt genannte Rasternasenpaar eingeschoben.
Nach Benützung des Gerätes wird der Deckel 3 auf das Gehäuse 1 aufgesetzt, wobei ein Spalt 11 freigelassen bleibt, durch welchen ein Luftwechsel zum Trocknen der Bürste und der Seife stattfinden kann.
Selbstverständlich können im Rahmen, der Erfindung verschiedene konstruktive Abänderungen vorgenommen werden. So ist es beispielsweise möglich, an Stelle der Lamellenscheiben 8, von der Gehäusewand ausgehende Rippen oder Stege 12 anzuordnen (Fig. 2, strichliert). Diese können so schmal oder sogar mit scharfkantiger Auflagefläche ausgebildet sein, dass die sich allenfalls bildenden Auflagestelle der Seife im Hinblick auf ihre geringe Breite, den Druck der Feder 6 und die Einwirkung der Feuchtigkeit flachdrücken und ohne die selbsttätige Nachstellung der Seife zu stören, aufgebraucht werden.

Bei genügender Steifigkeit der Borsten der Bürstenwalze können die Lamellen 8 bzw. die Rippen 12 od. ähnl. Auflageelemente auch entfallen.
Die Bürstenwalze kann verschiedene Querschnittsform, z. B. eine Polygonalform, aufweisen. Sie kann aber auch durch ein anderes Auftrageorgan, z. B. durch eine Schwammgummiwalze, ersetzt werden.
Schliesslich ist es möglich, das Gerät auch zum Auftragen anderer Mittel, so z. B. von Wachs oder Poliermitteln, zu verwenden. In diesem Falle kann zwischen Feder und aufzutragender Substanz eine steife Platte, ein Kolben od. dgl. angeordnet sein. In dieser Eigenschaft kann das Gerät auf einem Stiel angeordnet, beispielsweise auch als Bodenpflegegerät verwendet werden.
Es sei auch noch bemerkt, dass die Stege 12 durchgehend ausgebildet und dass die Lamellen 8 ähnlich wie die Stege 12 zugeschärft sein können.
PATENTANSPRÜCHE :

Gerät zum Auftragen von Reinigungs- und Pflegemitteln, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es einen, das aufzutragende Mittel aufnehmenden Behälter aufweist, in welchem eine beim Führen desselben über die zu reinigende Fläche an dieser abrollende, mit dem Mittel in Berührung stehende Auftragseinrichtung, z. B. eine Bürsten- oder Schwammgummiwalze, drehbar gelagert ist.
