the shaft 8, on the other hand on the outer surfaces 9 of the slots 2 adjacent corrugated leaf springs.
- The production effort for the connection according to the invention is relatively low as far as the actual processing is concerned. The hub of the drive pulley is to be provided with a cylindrical bore, while the slots to accommodate the corrugated flat springs can already be cast with sufficient accuracy using the die-casting process. Any slight dimensional deviations that may exist are compensated for by the leaf springs. The driver surfaces 4 on the shaft 8 can at
Application of one or two surfaces can be easily milled or broached in one operation.
The drive pulley with the flat springs accommodated therein under the required pretension can be applied to the shaft by means of a press-on device or, as in FIG
Shown in the drawing, with the aid of a hexagon screw 6 and a pressure washer 7, which can then remain on its seat to secure the connection.
The illustrated embodiment of the invention is only an example of implementation thereof.
The arrangement can also be made in such a way that only one slot or, in the case of a larger shaft diameter, several slots are provided for receiving the transmission springs, depending on the size of the torque to be transmitted.
PATENT CLAIMS:
1. Connection between the shaft and the hub of a machine drive for the transmission of torques, in which the shaft has driver surfaces on its circumference that have been created by removing segment-like parts, against which transmission members rest that are supported in corresponding slots in the hub characterized in that the transmission members supported in the slots of the hub and resting on the driving surfaces of the shaft are corrugated leaf springs (3).
