Method and device for depositing moldings made of concrete
The invention relates to a method and a device for depositing moldings made of concrete, in particular pavement slabs, paving stones or the like immediately after their production.
A device is known for stacking moldings that are still to be hardened and coming from a molding machine, in which the moldings are placed on a conveyor belt moving in increments at mutual intervals with the aid of a multiple gripper device on a transport carriage when they leave the molding machine lifted and transported away with this for further treatment.
In another known device for lifting ceramic briquettes from a turntable press, a swivel arm mounted on a horizontal shaft with gripping jaws actuated by compressed air is provided, which grips the briquettes on the turntable and after swiveling 1800 around the shaft and turning 900 around its own Axis placed on edge on a conveyor belt.
It is also already known that the molded products ejected from the mold using a z. B. to push off laterally moved by cam drive slide over the mold table surface. In this way, an additional smoothing of one flat side of the molding, which is desirable in many cases, can be achieved.
It has now been shown that in numerous cases, especially in the manufacture of panels, on the one hand, the lateral pushing off of the shaped bodies can provide additional smoothing of the surface of the shaped body, but on the other hand there is also the risk of damage this surface by tearing open, breaking off the edges or the like is enlarged. The same danger also arises when the briquettes are turned by 900 to form stacks. This has already led to great difficulties.
The object of the invention is to provide a remedy here.
For this purpose, the invention is based on a method in which, after being pushed out of the mold, the moldings are mechanically removed by pushing them sideways and / or turning them by 900 and, if necessary, to form one that can be handled by means of a hoist or the like Stacks are pre-stacked on a pre-stacking device one above the other or one behind the other. What is new is that an air cushion is created between the die base and the underside of the molding by blowing in air before the molding is pushed off to the side and / or turned.
The use of compressed air in compression molding is known per se from an apparatus for producing box-shaped or trough-shaped moldings. In the known case, however, the purpose of this measure is completely different from that of the method according to the invention. In the known device, the walls of the shaped box blank are pressed in between the likewise box-shaped outer punch and the inner punch. The compressed air is fed to the hollow inner punch and passes through valves under the lower surface of this punch in order to drive it out of the molding. Thereafter, the molding is then ejected in the usual way through the bottom of the outer mold, which is designed as an ejector, and removed in a manner not specified in more detail.
In contrast, the method according to the invention serves to protect the molded part mechanically ejected from the die against damage during the subsequent pushing off or removal. The air introduced between the bottom of the molding and the surface of the ejector serves
