Auslaufrohr für elektrische Kaffeemühlen
Auslaufrohre für elektrische Kaffeemühlen benötigen eine Vorrichtung, mit welcher Teile des Mahl- gutes, welche sich an diesem festgesetzt haben, entfernt werden können. Dies wird bei bekannten Vor- richtungen beispielsweise durch Beklopfen des Auslaufrohres erreicht. Bei elektrischen Kaffeemühlen, die in Selbstbedienungsgeschäften durch die Kundschaft selbst bedient werden, stellt die Betätigung einer solchen Klopfvorrichtung einen Bedienungsvorgang dar, der nicht immer mit der erforderlichen Sorgfalt ausgeführt wird. Die Folge ist die, dass Mahlgut im Auslaufrohr zurückbleiben kann und erst bei einem weiteren Betätigen - durch eine nachfolgende Person - abfällt.
Die Erfindung vermeidet dieseNachteile durch ein Auslaufrohr für elektrische Kaffeemühlen aus elastischem Werkstoff.
An Hand der Figuren wird ein Ausführungsbeispiel näher erläutert. Es zeigen ; Fig. 1 ein Auslaufrohr im Längsschnitt und Fig. 2 einen Schnitt nach Linie A-A in Fig. 1, u. zw. eine Draufsicht.
In die Gehäusewand 1 einer elektrischen Kaffeemühle ist ein Auslaufrohr 2 eingelassen, welches die Fortsetzung einer Austrittsöffnung 3 in der Gehäusewand 1 bildet. Das Auslaufrohr 2 besteht erfindungsgemäss aus elastischem Material, beispielsweise aus Gummi, und kann daher leicht vorübergehend deformiert werden. Ein Bügel 4 einer Sackhaltevorrichtung umfasst die Unterseite des bogenförmigen Auslaufrohres 2 derart, dass beim Ausschwenken des Bügels das Auslaufrohr 2 nach vorne angehoben wird. Beim Zurückkehren des Bügels 4 in seine Ausgangslage nimmt das Auslaufrohr seine ursprüngliche Form wieder an. In seinem Innern allfällig haftendes Mahlgut wird durch diese Verformung gelöst und fällt in dennicht gezeigten - Mahlgutauffangbehälter.
Der Bügel 4 steht in funktioneller Verbindung mit einer ebenfalls nicht gezeigten Sackabhebevorrichtung, die jedesmal betätigt werden muss, wenn nach Beendigung des Mahlvorganges der das Mahlgut auffangende Behälter, beispielsweise ein Papiersack, von der Mündung des Auslaufrohres 2 weggehoben werden soll. Dadurch wird das Auslaufrohr 2 bei jeder Betätigung automatisch verformt, wodurch dem Kunden ohne speziellen Hinweis auf eine weitere Betätigung eines Organs das gesamte Mahlgut verabfolgt wird.

Outlet pipes for electric coffee grinders require a device with which parts of the ground material that have stuck to it can be removed. In known devices, this is achieved, for example, by tapping the outlet pipe. In the case of electric coffee grinders, which are operated in self-service shops by the customers themselves, the actuation of such a knocking device represents an operating process which is not always carried out with the necessary care. The result is that regrind can remain in the outlet pipe and only fall off when it is operated again - by a subsequent person.
The invention avoids these disadvantages by means of a discharge pipe for electric coffee grinders made of elastic material.
An exemplary embodiment is explained in more detail using the figures. Show it ; Fig. 1 is a longitudinal section of an outlet pipe and Fig. 2 is a section along line A-A in Fig. 1, u. between a top view.
An outlet pipe 2, which forms the continuation of an outlet opening 3 in the housing wall 1, is let into the housing wall 1 of an electric coffee grinder. According to the invention, the outlet pipe 2 is made of elastic material, for example rubber, and can therefore easily be temporarily deformed. A bracket 4 of a bag holding device encompasses the underside of the curved outlet pipe 2 in such a way that when the bracket is pivoted out, the outlet pipe 2 is lifted forwards. When the bracket 4 returns to its original position, the outlet pipe assumes its original shape again. Any regrind adhering to its interior is loosened by this deformation and falls into the regrind collecting container, which is not shown.
The bracket 4 is in functional connection with a sack lifting device, also not shown, which must be actuated every time the container that collects the material to be ground, for example a paper sack, is to be lifted away from the mouth of the outlet pipe 2 after the end of the grinding process. As a result, the outlet pipe 2 is automatically deformed each time it is actuated, as a result of which the entire grist is administered to the customer without any specific indication of further actuation of an organ.
