Charger of an embodiment according to a third proposal of the invention and FIG. 4 shows a modified embodiment of FIG. 3.
In the embodiment according to FIG. 1, an inclined conveyor belt 1 with wooden strips or rubber ribs 2 is provided, which is guided over an upper deflection roller 3. A throwing belt 4 rotating at a relatively high speed, the drive of which is not shown, is guided over end rollers 5 and 6.
Above the throwing belt 4, which can be fitted with the usual flat strips or ribs 4 ′, a second conveyor belt 8 is arranged as a throwing support element, which is guided around end rollers 9, 10 and forms a throwing slot 15 with the throwing belt.
The belt 8 is driven, for example, by a crossed belt drive 11 and can be mounted as a whole so as to be movable towards and away from the upper side of the throwing belt 4, as indicated by the arrow P1. Instead, the lower end of the conveyor belt 8 can also be movable about the axis of the roller 10 in the direction of the arrow P 2. In both cases, the material on the throwing belt 4 in the area of the throwing slot 15 is additionally driven by the belt 8; the material is also pressed somewhat against the upper side of the throwing belt, thereby improving the effect of the throwing belt in terms of slip-free entrainment.
In the embodiment according to FIG. 2, the belt 8 is replaced by a drum or roller 12 as a throwing support element, which is also driven by a drive 11. The drum or roller 12 is also movably supported towards and away from the top of the throwing belt 4, as indicated by the arrow P 3, and again forms the throwing slot 15 with the throwing belt.
In the embodiment according to Fig. 3, instead of the throwing belt 4, a drum 13 rotating at a high peripheral speed, for example 10 m / sec, is provided at the upper discharge end of the steep conveyor belt 1, which has a diameter corresponding to the desired peripheral speed. The throwing drum 13 is expediently driven by the upper deflection roller 3 of the steep conveyor belt 1 via a belt drive 14 in the direction of arrow b. However, an independent individual drive can also be provided. Above the throwing drum, a rotating throwing support member is provided which is movably mounted in direction c on the throwing drum 13 or in direction d away from it, which is preferably again - as in FIG. 2 - designed as a drum 12 of any diameter.
The drum 12 is expediently also driven by the upper pulley 3 of the steep conveyor belt 1 via the crossed belt drive 11, u. between in the direction of the arrow e.
Instead of the drum 12 provided as a throwing support member, this can also be designed as a driven belt 8 that forms an angle with the throwing drum 13 and is movably arranged towards the top of the throwing drum and away from it, as was the case with the embodiment of FIG Use of the throwing belt 4 is provided. The band above the throwing drum provided as a throwing support element then forms a throwing slot 15 with the latter again.
As on the throwing belt 4, the circumference of the throwing drum 13 and / or the
EMI2.1
are indicated, provided; however, this is not absolutely necessary.
The design of the throwing organ as a drum enables high throwing speeds and thus throwing distances to be achieved. However, this also makes it possible to constantly throw the load backwards from the ejection slot 15 formed between the drums 13 and 12 with such a force that the load can be properly controlled in relation to the location of the loading area where it is to be unloaded, can be done. For this purpose, behind the throwing drum 13, a baffle or guide plate 16 is provided which is horizontally displaceable in the direction of arrows f and g and can be pivoted about its bearing point 17 in the direction of arrows h and i relative to the vertical at any angle a. The cargo hurled out of the ejection slot 15 in the direction of arrow 18 thus impacts against the guide plate 16 and then falls approximately vertically downwards.
By appropriate horizontal adjustment of the guide plate 16 and / or by pivoting it can be achieved to load the load on the trailer in layers, either from back to front or from front to back. This makes unloading considerably easier, since the cargo can no longer become intertwined, but rather there are more or fewer individual layers that can be easily unloaded.
In Fig. 4 the same device as in Fig. 3 is shown, however, instead of the one throwing drum 13, a further intermediate drum 19 is provided, which is expediently driven by means of a belt drive 14 '. The throwing drum 13 can be driven from the intermediate drum 19 via a belt drive 14 ″. The additional drum 19 provides a further improvement, especially for heavy goods. Otherwise, this embodiment corresponds to the device shown in FIG can also in this embodiment, the displaceable and pivotable guide
<Desc / Clms Page number 3>
Sheet 16 can be arranged behind the throwing slot 15, as is also possible with FIGS. 1 and 2, if necessary.
In all the embodiments according to FIGS. 1-4, the drive and counter-pressure element 8 or 12 can be arranged to be movable by its own weight and / or by spring loading.
