Device for fastening electrical cables in cable carriers
Electrical lines laid in hollow rails must be secured against unintentional sagging of the lines out of the rail opening if the hollow rails are installed with their opening facing down. Conventionally, self-adhesive tapes are used with which z. B. the hollow rail is wrapped. Fastening types are also known in which the line is held in its required position by means of profiled sheet metal parts or the like, which are fastened to the hollow rail by screw connections. However, these designs have the disadvantage that their
Use is relatively cumbersome and its assembly sometimes takes an extraordinarily long time.
A two-part bar with devices for fixing electrical lines has already been proposed, in which loosely inserted elastic retaining members, which are preferably made of spring steel and have an approximately S-shape, press the lines against the bottom of the bar and at the sides Support the edges of the approximately C-shaped lower part of the bar. The disadvantage here is that the retaining links damage the conductor insulation and can cause short circuits.
Another known strip for laying lines has a channel profile with flanged edges and a cover strip held by the latter, at least one of the two components made of flexible material, e.g. B. rubber-like synthetic material. The disadvantage of this design is that an elongated bar can only be introduced into or removed from a C-profile with great difficulty.
Furthermore, a container for lines is known, on the U-shaped body of which a cover likewise provided with a U-shaped cross section is placed, both parts being provided with similar bulges or grooves on both sides, into which moreover rigid stiffening parts engage. The disadvantage here is that the stiffening parts have to be pushed in from the respectively adjacent housing end, which means that assembly takes a long time.
The invention relates to a device for holding electrical lines in hollow rails with a C-shaped cross section using clamping parts made of elastic material, in particular flexible plastic, which cover the opening running in the longitudinal direction of the hollow rail.
The above-mentioned disadvantages are avoided according to the invention in that the clamping parts are plate-shaped and have two edge strips on both sides with spaces for receiving them. of the webs of the hollow rail are provided, and that in order to achieve a non-positive connection between the clamping parts and the hollow rail, the clamping parts are designed in such a way that the edge strips of the clamping parts downward before being introduced into the hollow rail and after being introduced due to elastic deformation, in particular bending Clamping parts are directed approximately the same as the webs of the hollow rail. The clamping parts are preferably made of polyvinyl chloride.
The clamping part according to the invention can be attached to the hollow rail by hand in the simplest manner without tools. By exerting a little pressure, the clamping part is pressed into the position of use at the desired point on the hollow rail. When a slight pressure is exerted in the opposite direction, the clamping part can be released again from the hollow rail.
An exemplary embodiment of the clamping part according to the invention is shown in the drawing. 1 shows a hollow rail 2 with the electrical lines 3 to be clamped. The clamping part, which has not yet been used in FIG. The space between the edge strips 4 and 5 of the clamping part l. serves to accommodate the webs 6 of the hollow rail 2. In FIG. 2, the clamping part 1 is shown connected to the hollow rail 2. The edge strips 4 and 5 engage over the webs 6.

As a result of the previous application of pressure, the clamping part 1 is curved in the direction of the hollow rail 2 and can thus fix the electrical lines 3 in the position shown.
