The present invention is based on the task of filling pipe trenches (cunettes) of different provenance, including the internals therein, in such a way that both the internals (such as cables, tubing strings) are fully covered and the entire hollow space is also filled in full.
The prior art, for example when embedding a pipeline, is shown in Fig.
1 shown: After appropriate completion of the bezel, a cleanliness layer (1) z. B. crushed sand 0/4 mm introduced in a thickness of about 2.0 cm undensified.
The pipeline in question (3) is laid on this cleanliness layer. The pipe zone (; is then filled with crushed sand 0/4; the pipe zone is not mechanically compacted in order not to damage the existing pipe string.
In accordance with the relevant regulations, filler material 0/32 to 0/45 is introduced into the filling zone (4) and compressed by machine; Finally, 0/32 - stepped mixture 0/32 is introduced into the repair zone (5) according to an upper base layer and is also compacted by machine.
The disadvantage of the current method of backfilling the line zone is the risk of poorly filled areas (6) or the formation of larger cavities after removal of the bulge, which cannot subsequently be filled or compacted. This fact does not occur with the present invention, and optimal embedding of the pipe string in the line zone is ensured.
The process according to the invention of backfilling pipe trenches (cunettes) now consists of a mineralogically optimized grain mixture - preferably of dolomite or
Lime rock - has a suitable filler content and water is also added.
This so-called flowable filling material is now able, due to its controllable, rheological properties (consistency, flow stability), pipe trenches (culettes) incl. Fill in all voids and fill in the internals (such as cables, pipe strings).
In addition, however, it is now possible to carry out the work processes described in FIG. 1 by a single or double filling process; for this procedure, however, depending on the application, the mixture according to the invention is equipped with an appropriate size and an optimized flowability (i.e. optimized rheological properties).
Thus, the mixture according to the invention generally has a maximum size of 4 to approx. 32 mm and a consistency (flowability) determined with the slump a "according to (3) and (4) of a = 40 - approx. 50 cm (K4 - The greatest advantage is that no mechanical compression of any kind is required. All cavities are filled in and, as a direct result, the capacity of the filled ring is achieved. Such high capacities cannot be achieved by conventional filling and compression methods.
