Spule mit Festhaltevorrichtung für Film- oder Magnettonbänder
Zur Befestigung des Filmendes an der Spule sind verschiedene Vorrichtungen bekannt, die entweder
Bestandteile der Spule sind und damit eine Einheit bilden oder die als zusätzliche Teile gestaltet sind.
Die erstgenannten Ausführungsformen zeigen den Nachteil, dass sie beim Ablauf des Filmes von der Spule hinderlich sind. Die zusätzlichen Hilfsvorrichtungen, wie Feststeller od. dgl., müssen beim Gebrauch der
Spule abgenommen und weggelegt werden, so dass sie infolge ihrer Kleinheit leicht verloren gehen können.
Es wurde nun gefunden, dass diese Nachteile vermieden werden können, wenn bei einer Spule mit Festhaltevorrichtung, für das jeweils äussere Ende von Film- oder Magnettonbändern, bei der die Festhaltevorrichtung mit zwei oder mehreren Schlitzen versehen ist, durch die das Film- oder Bandende hindurchgeschlungen werden kann, erfindungsgemäss die Schlitze am Rand des Spulenflansches angebracht sind, im wesentlichen gegen die Spulenachse verlaufen und gegen den Rand des Spulenflansches hin offen sind, wobei die Schlitzlänge mindestens eine Bandbreite und die Schlitzbreite mindestens eine Banddicke beträgt und bei Spulen mit einem bis zum Spulenkern geführten Längsschlitz dieser mit in die Schlitzkombination einbezogen ist.
Die Festhaltevorrichtung gemäss der Erfindung hat den Vorteil, dass sie beim Ablauf des Bandes niemals stört und ausserdem herstellungsmässig keine Mehrkosten verursacht.
In den Fig. 1 - 5 sind die Ausführungsformen beispielsweise dargestellt. Fig. l zeigt einen Teil des Spulenflansches mit zwei Schlitzen. Fig. 2 zeigt diese Ausführungsform mit einem hindurchgeschlungenen Bandende. Fig. 3 zeigt eine Anordnung von drei Schlitzen. Fig. 4 zeigt eine Anordnung nach Fig. 3 mit hindurchgeschlungenem Bandende. In Fig. 5 ist ein langer Schlitz mit zwei kürzeren Schlitzen dargestellt.
