Description

Schussspulen-Magazin
EMI1.1
<Desc/Clms Page number 2>

Weft coil magazine
EMI1.1
<Desc / Clms Page number 2>
Coils thus form a row of coils and two rows of coils are arranged in each channel. The distance between the partitions 10 and 11 as well as 11 and 12 is smaller than twice the diameter of the coil ends and is dimensioned so that only those in adjacent rows can touch each other; the touching coils are thus pressed by the relatively large component of their own weight to the partition walls of the respective coil channel and by the mutual support with the coil head behind the guide strips 17, 18 and 19 closing the partition walls.
Each guide rail has two guide edges belonging to different spool channels. Behind the
Leading edge 17a are the coil heads of the bobbins 13, behind the leading edge 18a those of the
Coils 14, those of the coils 15 behind the edge 18b and those of the coils 16 behind the edge 19a. The coils are thus secured against axial displacement out of the channels 21 and 22.
With the same diameter of the coil head, e.g. B. 13a, and bobbin 13b support both the
Bobbin heads as well as the bobbins of the coils from different rows of coils depend on one another.
The design of the reel magazine according to the invention now makes it possible to insert the reels from the front into the reel channels and to prevent the inserted reels from slipping out with simple and few means. Furthermore, in such a magazine, the simultaneous insertion of several bobbins by hand is facilitated, since the partition walls of the coil channels are spaced more apart than in single-row coil channels, in which each row of bobbins is enclosed by two partition walls provided with guide strips.
