Ausgiessvorrichtung für Dosen u. dgl.
Beim Ausgiessen von flüssigem Gut aus Dosen, insbesondere Farbdosen, geht meist viel Material ver- loren, das an der Dose aussen herunterrinnt. Ausserdem können derartige Dosen nicht vollständig entleert werden, da der nach innen vorstehende Rand den letzten Rest des Materials zurückhält.
Für gewöhnliche Dosen oder sonstige Gefässe, die keinen nach innen vorstehenden Rand aufweisen, wie er bei den Klemmdeckeldosen vorgesehen ist, wurden bereits verschiedene, aus Metall bestehende Ausgiessvorrichtungen bzw. Ausgiess chnäbel vorgeschlagen.
Im Gegensatz zu diesen bekannten Ausführungen bildet den Gegenstand der Erfindung eine Ausgiessvorrichtung, welche in Anpassung an eine Klemmdeckeldose eine Form aufweist, die zum Befestigen an einer solchen Dose und zum vollständigen Entleeren derselben geeignet ist.
Erfindungsgemäss wird dies dadurch erreicht, dass die Ausgiessvorrichtung mit einem, den nach innen vorstehenden Rand der Klemmdeckeldose überbrückenden Auflaufkeil versehen ist.
In der Zeichnung ist eine beispielsweise Ausführungsform des Erfindungsgegenstandes veranschaulicht, u. zw. zeigen Fig. l die Ausgiessvorrichtung an einer Klemmdeckeldose im Mittelschnitt und Fig. 2 eine schaubildliche Darstellung hiezu, während in Fig. 3 eine Draufsicht auf die Dose ersichtlich ist.
Die Ausgiessvorrichtung wird mittels ihrer als Auflaufkeil ausgebildeten Nase 1 in den Innenrand R der Klemmdeckeldose D eingehängt. Eine Einkerbung 2 der Vorrichtung nimmt den Wulst W des äusseren Dosenrandes auf, wobei durch die Spannung zwischen den beiden Punkten A und B die nötige Haltefestigkeit entsteht. Die halbrunde, dem Gefäss angepasste Verstrebung 3 dient als Stütze beim Entleeren. Zu beiden Seiten ist die Verstrebung 3 mit einer Einkerbung 5 zum besseren Erfassen versehen.
Der Entleerungsschnabel 4 ist schräg nach oben gerichtet, damit der noch anhaftende Rest des zu entleerenden Gutes beim Abstellen wieder in das Gefäss zurückfliesst.
Durch die Anordnung des Auflaufkeilen 1 können keine Materialstauungen eintreten, so dass nur geringste Rückstände in der Dose zurückbleiben.
Die erfindungsgemässe Vorrichtung kann den DIN-Formaten entsprechend gebogen und durch Herstellung aus PVC-Material sehr anschmiegsam gestaltet werden, so dass man sie leicht auf jede Klemmdekkeldose aufsetzen kann.

When pouring liquid material out of cans, especially paint cans, a lot of material is usually lost that trickles down the outside of the can. In addition, such cans cannot be completely emptied because the inwardly protruding edge holds back the last remainder of the material.
Various pouring devices or pouring spouts made of metal have already been proposed for ordinary cans or other vessels that do not have an inwardly protruding edge, as is provided in the case of the clamping-lid cans.
In contrast to these known designs, the subject matter of the invention is a pouring device which, in adaptation to a clamping lid can, has a shape which is suitable for fastening to such a can and for completely emptying the same.
According to the invention, this is achieved in that the pouring device is provided with a run-up wedge that bridges the inwardly protruding edge of the terminal cover box.
In the drawing, an example embodiment of the subject invention is illustrated, u. Between FIG. 1, the pouring device on a clamping lid can is shown in a central section, and FIG. 2 shows a diagrammatic representation thereof, while FIG. 3 shows a top view of the can.
The pouring device is hooked into the inner edge R of the terminal box D by means of its nose 1, which is designed as a ramp wedge. A notch 2 in the device receives the bead W of the outer edge of the can, the tension between the two points A and B creating the necessary holding strength. The semicircular strut 3 adapted to the vessel serves as a support during emptying. On both sides, the strut 3 is provided with a notch 5 for better gripping.
The emptying spout 4 is directed obliquely upwards so that the remainder of the material to be emptied that is still adhering flows back into the vessel when it is put down.
Due to the arrangement of the ramp 1, no material jams can occur, so that only the smallest residues remain in the can.
The device according to the invention can be bent according to the DIN formats and made very conformable by being made of PVC material, so that it can easily be placed on any terminal box.
